The flexible link in the supply chain The fundamental element of our system is a standard module to ISO measurements 600 x 400mm, in variable heights, which can be inserted into all of our fixed and mobile storage units. All our storage units are produced in 2 widths, giving the flexibility to insert the modules in either way (60 cm and 40 cm) The modules, which come in a range of heights, can be customised through the addition of dividers, making it possible to design the storage space around any specific products being handled. This high degree of flexibility allows our solution to be tailored to match your exact requirements

Access to the back of the shelf is limited, particularly at lower levels, and much of the space is wasted. This creates problems such as; poorly organised systems of storage, difficulty viewing and accessing the required item quickly, poor stock control leading to over-ordering, poor stock rotation, manual-handling issues. Modules are inserted using a cleverly designed system that minimises wasted space no matter what module height is used. Organising the modules with dividers helps to maximise the capacity as well as group stored items. Transparent modules give greater visibility of the contents, whilst the modules can be easily pulled out safely to access all the contents within. The advantages of this system are a better organised system making it easier to locate items quickly, better stock level control and replenishment, improved stock rotation, ergonomically correct solutions, and a much more dense system of storage that can reduce the space required by as much as 50%. Items tend to accumulate at the front of each shelf, making it awkward to view and access stock towards the rear. New stock is usually placed at the front for ease, thus compounding the problem, with older stock being left at the back to become obsolete and out of date. This also leads to overstocking because the layout makes it difficult to track the quantity of items in stock. Invariably, this system requires a great deal of bending and stretching to access most items either towards the back, or at the top and bottom levels. The clever use of space, and the innovative design of the insert panels, make this system far more userfriendly, flexible and ergonomically functional. Trays and baskets can be withdrawn safely without falling out, so that the entire contents of each can clearly be seen. Modules at higher levels can be positioned and withdrawn at an angle allowing greater access to the contents.
