Purpose of the role : KEY TASKS To contribute advanced mental health nursing knowledge and skills in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care To contribute to the effective functioning of the MDT To facilitate high quality nursing practice delivery across the acute setting EXPECTED OUTCOMES Delivers evidence based quality care to service users and their families Role models and supports best practice interventions with the clinical team At least 20% of time spent in direct clinical practice.
