Activities grew over the years and were expanded to international money transfer services in 2002. Today MoneyTrans is established in eight European countries as well as in Africa, with a wider international network encompassing over 145.000 locations in more than 90 countries. While MoneyTrans is today recognized as one of the fastest growing remittance companies, we strive to further expand our global reach by building new partnerships with local agents and reputed financial institutions worldwide. Belgium The Netherlands Spain Italy France United Kingdom Bulgaria Romania RD Congo

Our Vision Our Vision MoneyTrans aims to provide to its customers a fast, convenient and reliable service to send or receive money around the world. Putting our customers interests first, we also strive to offer much more than just a standard remittance service. Product diversification and the development of added-value services aimed at meeting the specific needs of our customers is also a driving force in our Company. Our Business Principles Our mission is to offer to our clients and partners alike the quality, reliability and rapidity of service they rightfully expect from a money transfer specialist. A unique low-cost remittance service In addition to affordable products, benefits from our services also include: competitive exchange rates based on daily market surveys, considerably low remittance fees, choice of payment services in local currency or in EUR/USD (where available), cash to bank account and home delivery services (where available), confirmations of payment by sms, as well as a remote home transfer service for the convenience of our customers. 2 OUR VISION

3 OUR BUSINESS Our Business A dedication to superior customer service At the core of remittance services comes interacting with people. Building on this reality, we seek to offer a dedicated service to our customers, by selecting our employees and our agents for their ability to work and communicate in the muti-cultural and multi-lingual context of the global remittance market. Our employees and agents are also trained to process remittance transactions in minutes, and to solve promptly delays in payment, if and when these occur. Advanced security and technology The growth and success in our remittance activity can also be attributed to our company s commitment to integrating technology in all aspects of its operations. Substantial investments in this area have led to the in-house development of a state-of-the-art Remittance Processing Software. This software allows to send and receive remittance orders instantly, to manage increasing business volumes efficiently, and to communicate in realtime with other partners using the same platform around the world. Our software use powerful encryption procedures to guarantee the confidentiality of our customers transactions. They are furthermore secured against the loss of information via the use of advanced back-up processes of our entire IT infrastructure. www.moneytrans.eu

Our Business We can make our platform available to our partners worldwide, so as to allow them to offer national and international remittance services at their branches, without having to develop their own automated system to process such financial operations. High levels of compliance Over the years, MoneyTrans has secured building a reputation as a company highly compliant with internationally applicable anti-money laundering regulations. This was confirmed recently by the granting to all MoneyTrans companies operating in Europe of the status of Authorized Payment Institution. While this prudential status guarantees high levels of capital requirements and strong internal control processes in the European countries where we operate, we also keep implementing advanced compliance measures to ensure, among others: thorough customer identification procedures, filters to detect suspicious operations, the on-going training of our cashiers and agents, as well as the monitoring of remittance flows with a view to preventing the use of our services for illegal purposes. 4 OUR BUSINESS

5 OUR TEAM Our Team Our Team The MoneyTrans group is led by a team of highly qualified and well-experienced directors and country managers. All employees are also carefully selected for their ability to combine specialist knowledge of the whole range of financial services we offer with a thorough understanding of the evolving needs of our customers.
