Both innovations not only respond to economic challenges, but allow clients to diversify their investments and, in the case of the vie-génération policy, to benefit from additional tax incentives while supporting the real economy. Predica was the first insurance company to offer these new products that are distributed through the Regional Banks and LCL. 8 billion in assets under management 15% in market share of assets under management in France The expansion of our unit-linked product solutions by developing services with high added value, such as the management mandates, flexible or advised management. Successful launch of group health and personal risk insurance pilot services in 8 Regional Banks. Announcement of the merger between UAF Patrimoine and LifeSide Patrimoine. Two Crédit Agricole Assurances entities specialised in life insurance and wealth management now form UAF Life Patrimoine, a single platform dedicated to independent financial advisors, since 1 January million insurance policies (excluding creditor insurance) 96.7 % of customers satisfied with our services* (modifications, redemptions, successions) La Médicale becomes a Crédit Agricole subsidiary on 1 April 014. *11,000 Predica customers surveyed in 34 Regional Banks and LCL branches. 4

Adapt investment management to a low-rate environment and develop offers that allow policy holders access to different types of financial management (Unit-linked, Euro-Croissance, investment mandates, etc.) Roll-out the group health care / personal risk insurance offerings for small and medium companies, intermediate-sized enterprises and large companies throughout the Regional Banks and LCL. Building on its strong experience in top-up pensions for companies, Predica offers business leaders a global approach that will allow them to envision tailored solutions for their employees for health care, personal risk and pensions. Creation of Premundi, a service for the Regional Banks, through the merger of the sales forces of Predica and Amundi to provide a comprehensive response for long-term savings solutions in all forms of investment (securities account, PEA, life insurance). First step in the IT convergence master plan to move towards a single management platform.
