5 Performance metric goal setting Establish 5-year ambitious improvement goals for each college and university and the system on each metric When appropriate, goals take into consideration differences among students or institutions that affect performance Were not able to develop a robust regression model to adjust for student characteristics that impact persistence rates and completion rates System level improvement goals were established by Chancellor Rosenstone College and university goals were established based on the system goals using several methods 9 Next steps Campus implementation of strategies to advance metrics and improvement goals Completion of a web-based performance metric reporting tool Tracking progress toward achievement of improvement goals Retirement of Accountability Dashboard 10 5
