VRM makes it possible to involve your (potential) visitors in an upcoming event. Sending This is exactly what VXM allows you to do. You can model triggers based on any business event or output of your IP-connected devices and transform it into a message that can be communicated to your visitor through any channel: , text messages, twitter, Facebook. Ticketing The cashless payments and loyalty Our ticketing solution enables you to sell tickets any place, any time and through any channel. Hard cards based on NFC technology are supported as well as mobile tickets. Reselling of tickets is supported through our online marketplace. Our ticketing module is integrated with the VRM module, making it possible to create special offers for certain groups of visitors also enabling blacklisting and whitelisting. One personal NFC card is all your visitors need to enter your stadium, pay for their beverages and merchandise and earn and burn loyalty points. The cards can be topped up at home, through your website or a mobile website. Of course visitors can also use a traditional ticket to gain access to the stadium and use single-use cards to pay. There are virtually no restrictions on the loyalty programs you can run. Points can be earned in all kinds of ways and redeemed while buying drinks, merchandise or tickets. Optimize your event organization With a completely graphical editor you can arrange the sections and seats exactly how you want them, assigning pricing levels and other details to sections or even individual seats. Access The Agile Events Platform can be delivered including entrance gates and versatile readers or integrates with the readers on your own turnstiles. The access module, VRM and VXM operate in unison to prevent unwanted guests from your grounds and to deliver an unparalleled experience to all legitimate visitors. Our entrance gates continue to operate even if the network in your stadium fails. Information about visitors entering your stadium is uploaded to VXM, to allow interaction with your visitor. The most important goal of your venue is to organize as many events as you can, with as little effort as possible. Unfortunately, organizing an event is complex task, involving many people and agreements with third parties such as the police, the fire brigade etc. Starting from pre-defined process templates you can model all crucial business processes in your stadium using the BPM tool. This will provide you with a fully integrated workflow management system - for instance, if you create a new event in the Ticketing module, follow-up tasks will automatically appear in the inbox from you and your co-workers, guiding you through the process of organizing the event. Reporting and Dashboards The Agile Events Platform offers you many ready-to-use dashboards, to monitor real-time processes such as the number of tickets sold, the number of visitors already present in the stadium, the number of visitors refused at the gates. Apart from that almost all data is stored in a data warehouse, making all kinds of ad hoc reports available for business-oriented users. The modular design allows you to choose the configuration that best suits your stadium. Maybe you already have a working payment and loyalty system, or maybe you use a different service for your ticketing. The Agile Events Platform allows you to sue the parts you need, and integrate with what you already have.
