2 ABOUT US Accelerated Leadership Group (ALG) is a leadership development consulting firm considered unique among its peers. From the start, when we founded the firm, our goal was to be different. Rather than serving as a purveyor of onetime training solutions that are often forgotten soon after the flip charts are put away, we relished the chance to create a firm where we could sit down with clients to truly understand their business and how a long-term leadership development strategy could be integrated into their business to help them exceed their goals. 7 Susan Hahn A recognized leader with the uncommon combination of both strong technical skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of an organization, Susan draws on her record of performance and achievement to provide Accelerated Leadership Group s (ALG) corporate partners with a wide variety of practical solutions to leadership challenges. Susan s diverse perspective and experience developed in the Fortune 50 environment, allow her to provide valuable and actionable solutions that can be designed, implemented and measured- leading to improved bottom line performance. Her proven ability to diagnose, plan, innovate and implement sound strategies resulting in exceptional team performance is an important element of ALG s ongoing success. Susan is a competitor and a winner. Upon graduation from The Pennsylvania State University, Susan began an extremely successful and highly-awarded sales career with Pfizer Inc. With every promotion throughout her 15 year career, Susan received Pfizer s highest awards in sales, sales management and leadership development. From her initial rookie year, to her later career in senior management, Susan was recognized by her peers and company leaders for her performance, teamwork and leadership. Her ability to drive results and influence people led her to key leadership positions within Sales Management, HR and Leadership Development. Notably, Susan was brought in to headquarters to serve on the team to develop and implement plans to overhaul and redesign the company s field force to allow it to best compete in the changing future marketplace. Susan s exceptional interpersonal skills and her ability to develop people at all levels have been instrumental to her success as a leader. Drawing on her extensive experience in coaching and knowledge of leadership and development techniques, Susan brings a unique perspective to those she works with. Drawing on her years of experience as a senior leader in an industry-leading, top-rated training organization, Laura is able to customize training best practices to real-life challenges, resulting in strategies and solutions that exceed client expectations. With years of experience in change management, Laura has a strong pedigree when it comes to developing and implementing plans and strategies that withstand the test of today s fast-paced marketplace. Laura s enthusiasm and passion for learning is infectious- making ALG a trusted partner-ofchoice to top corporations seeking long-term leadership development solutions. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a Microbiology degree, Laura began a successful sales and training career with Pfizer Inc.
