Kristoffer Stauning Truelsen is from Copenhagen, Denmark, as a Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence for the academic year. Kristoffer teaches economics at Niels Brock Business College, the oldest business college in Denmark and a leader in international education. His experience spans business development, corporate communications and research, government relations, and executive search, and he is a winner of the 2014 Politiken Prize for Teaching. During this academic year at Richland College, Kristoffer will teach economics and interact with changers of commerce and the public, and work with the Richland College Global Education Development Advisory Council to create a bridge between his institution and Richland College. 3 Page 10 Page 3 Ralph Steele has been a mediator since 1992 and has conducted over 8,000 hours of mediation, including more than ten years experience in the mediation of business and family issues. He has received two doctorate degrees one in Civil Law and Mediation and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Oxford University. He is both a TMCA Credentialed Distinguished Mediator and a Board Certified Professional Counselor (by the American Psychotherapy Association and the Texas Board of Examiners of professional Counselors). His undergraduate degree is from Concordia University, and he holds a Master of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Steele honorably served as a U.S. naval officer and is devoted to developing our youth as future leaders who make a positive impact on society. In addition to being a mediator and a counselor, Dr. Steele also teaches mediation to others. In1992 he conducted peer mediation and peer mediation training and wrote a book entitled School Conflict Resolution Mediation Program. He also developed the Mediation Certification at the University of Texas at Arlington and is on the faculty of that program. His Irving-based business, Mediation Worlds, PLLC, not only provides mediation services, but also offers basic and advanced mediation training and a Mediation Fellows Program for current mediators. This fellowship gives mediators opportunities to increase their knowledge and skills to the highest competency level. The intent of the fellowship program to assist mediators in being able to mediate in any setting. Dr. Steele has recently written two books on the mediation profession, entitled Save Millions with Conflict Coaching: A Cross-Cultural Conflict Coaching Methodology and Model (February, 2011) and Facts, Issues, Options and Solutions (May, 2013). Dr. Steele has a contractual partnership with the World Mediation Organization as an Affiliate and District Manager and Lecturer of Mediation and Conflict Resolution. She holds numerous international and local Alternative Dispute Resolution Associations memberships. Deni Ronis as a successful Florida State certified mediator and pastoral counselor. Dr. Deni guides others along the path to transformational change through life altering attitudes. In addition, her work as a Certified Hypnologist creates practical tools for peace of mind including mediation and conflict resolution of all kinds with individuals, families and corporations through a variety of Conflict Resolution Training programs. Specialties: U.S. Postal Redress Mediation, Family Mediation, Corporate and Non-Profit Mediation, School Based Mediation, University Professor in International Studies in Peace and Conflict Resolution, Author, Lead Trainer for the Anti-Defamation League. Ruth Sirman is a veteran Workplace Conflict Management Specialist with extensive experience in leadership, mediation, training, intervening in complex multi-party disputes, workplace assessments, arbitration, conflict coaching and critical incident stress debriefing. As a mediator since 1992, she has proven her ability to relate constructively to senior leadership groups, people of diverse backgrounds, ages and skill levels. Ruth is well-known for her exceptional presentation, training and communication skills, and her ability to help participants overcome fear and engage in difficult conversations. She is an Accredited with the Workplace Mediation Association, a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and the International Federation of Professional Speakers and has a Master s Certificate from the Leonard Institute.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington Omai has over eight year of experience in Multimedia, Marketing and Promotion, Creative Services, Symposium Speakers Page 5 Ammar Banni The Honorable Judge Bob McGrath is a retired Dallas County judge, a former Dallas County Commissioners Court Legal Advisor, a retired Tarrant County State District Judge, and Prosecutor. Currently Judge McGrath and his son have a mediation and law practice handling all types of cases in litigation. Judge McGrath received his B.A. from The University of Texas at Arlington and his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas Law School. He is a member of the State Bar College of Continuing Legal Education for the State Bar of Texas. Koschina L Marshall is an experienced Mediator of many diverse contractual, employment and family disputes; having mediated in the U.S. and The Bahamas. She is the former Acting Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas where she was responsible for Dispute Resolution Conferences. In previous years, she was Acting Assistant Registrar General, an Educator in the Public School system in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas and a lecturer at The University of the West Indies/College of The Bahamas Law school where she taught Alternative Dispute Resolution and Family Law. Ms. Marshal is currently a Prosecutor in the Office of the Attorney- General, Nassau. She holds a B.A., an LLB., a M.A., and a LLM; all with honors She is a certified mediator with extensive ADR training; she trains and is a conflict resolver. Published in ADR issues, Ms. Marshall has extensively presented Adrian Booker is a certified mediator and arbitrator focused primarily on resolving family, special education, and workplace disputes. His focus on fostering long-term positive results from his mediation efforts are demonstrated by his active role in Mediators Beyond Borders, and international organization, and the development and implementation of custom dispute resolution training programs for commercial organizations throughout the U.S. In addition to serving as the founder and President of ReSync Dispute Resolution Services, LLC, a private dispute resolution center in Dallas. He also currently serves as a Contract Mediator for the Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC), is a contracted Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, and regularly works with the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center (DRC). A native of Dallas, Texas and current candidate for his Juris Doctorate, Adrian holds graduate certifications in dispute resolution from Southern Methodist University and Abilene Christian University, Abilene Christian University, a Masters degree in Business Management, and undergraduate degrees in Criminology, Sociology, and Political Science from Florida State University.

He joined the faculty in 2007 as an adjunct professor working with the interscholastic competition teams in mediation, negotiations and client counseling After receiving his B.A. from Brigham Young University, he received his J.D. from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. Professor Dowling also received a Master in Dispute Resolution (MDR) from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. Prior to joining Chapman. Professor Dowling worked with the State and Local Tax group for PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2006 to 2008, resolving tax disputes. Daniel Erdmann worked as a member of the managing board in the field of humanitarian organizations. In 2006, he founded his proper organization, what is known today as the World Mediation Organization. Acting as its Director General from thereon, he places his focus on the execution and development of educational concepts, as well as on the extension of the global impact or the organization. He further acts as a Thesis Advisor at the Peace Operations Training Institute, as well as a Professor and Director of the School of Mediation at Euclid University, where he created the Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. Program in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, as well as the L.L.M. Program in International Law and Treaty Law. He studied Mediation and Conflict Resolution in Germany, Spain, Austria, Gambia and holds a corresponding Master s and Ph.D. Degree. All professional skills in English, Spanish and German language. Bhupendra Dhakal is from Nepal, and has a career path set towards peace building, conflict management and social service. Bhupendra anchors a radio production program and conducts news-writing training. He has individualized experience working with young people conducting peace education training, teaching at the secondary school level in both science and English, and worked as a peace promoter with children in Nepal. Namraj Gautam is originally from Nepal, and currently resides in Guatemal City. In his career in international hotel and hospitality, Namraj has utilized his service acumen and communication abilities to provide individuals with the highest standards of service. Having one-to-one interaction with people from all over the globe, Namraj is well-versed in cultural diversity and communication skills and openness of mind can and does bridge the cultural divide. LaCrisia Cris Gilbert has 29 years of mediation experience. In private practice since 1993, her mediation practice includes a scope of cases from family mediation to a contract with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for employment cases. She has mediated in a wide range of cases including: Employment, ADA, discrimination, sexual harassment, personal injury, probate, family law, education, and faith-based issues. She also utilized mediation in her ten years within municipal government and private industry. She received a Master s in Dispute Resolution at the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. Formerly Cris was the CEO of Dispute Mediation Service, Inc., and served as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator for the County of Dallas, Texas. In 1999 she was appointed assistant director and served as Adjunct lecturer for Southern Methodist University s In-Legacy Dispute Resolution Graduate Program. Currently Ms. Gilbert teaches mediation with El Centro College and the University of North Texas. Charalee Graydon was born in Alberta. Canada. She holds degrees in arts and law. Following receipt of a Rhodes scholarship in 1982, Charalee pursued postgraduate legal studies at Oxford, England. She held academic positions in England, New Zealand, and Canada and practiced law in Canada. She developed programs for students, judges and the public, and published academic works on legal issues and crime and punishment. She created and taught a course at the University of Alberta on sentencing and has given radio and television interviews on this topic. She holds a diploma in Freelance and Feature Writing from the London School of Journalism.
