Agree a minimum number of boxes to be collected at a time depending upon your storage capacity. Box all your unwanted books Ensure boxes are as full as possible No magazines or waste paper or periodicals to be placed in box Clearly label each box with shop name and address Place the label over the packaging tape Once the boxes are ready, just telephone or and we will arrange collection as early as possible.

3 BOOKDONORS We arrange free collections throughout UK. We supply free, sturdy, recycled packaging boxes & tape 0% to Landfill We Reuse and Recycle all books we receive. How Much Will We Be Paid? We pay 25% of the nett price of each book sold which comes from your library. Each book we sell is given a unique code, so we can track once it has been sold. WE ALSO ACCEPT BULK DONATIONS OF BOOKS

4 Frequently Asked Questions... How does each library know exactly what to do? Bookdonors gives a mini-poster which can be distributed to help each library s staff. The poster gives clear instructions including how to contact us. Bookdonors opening hours? We are open 52 weeks a year. So, no holiday gaps without collections or payments! Can I have a trial? Yes, we are happy to arrange a trial. How do we get paid? We can pay either by cheque or BACS method. We pay retrospectively on a quarterly basis. Would I be tied-in to a contract? NO It is all very simple and straight-forward! Can any type of organisation register with Bookdonors? The vast majority of libraries can join us.
