This event last 12 days and will begin with our fabulous Clearwater Beach Taste Fest on Friday evening, May 8th, 6:30-9:00 p.m. along Beach Walk and South Gulfview Blvd. Join us as we expect an attendance of over 3,000 guests sampling delicious food from 30+ participating restaurants. This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your restaurant and invite the guests to visit your dining establishment during Restaurant Week. FOR THE TASTE FEST: Restaurants receive a tented booth and table Restaurants provide 500-1,000 tastings at the event Award presented to the BEST decorated booth Guest entry fee of $25 includes: tastings, live music, raffle baskets, beer/wine and soda sales and live auction Fireworks show DURING RESTAURANT WEEK: Participating restaurants are featured in all marketing materials, social media, press releases, and collateral provided promoting Clearwater Beach Restaurant Week Your prix fixed menu ranging from $15-$35 and a listing of your establishment will be posted on our website ClearwaterBeachRestaurantWeek.com. Patrons receive additional incentives during Restaurant Week. o Patrons vote on their dining experience and enter to win a 2 night stay at one of our beach resorts. o Dining Passports will be provided encouraging patrons to dine at four or more different participating restaurants over the 12 days. Once stamped with 4 different locales, the patron enters the Dining Passport for a chance to win the Grand Prize, a Dream Vacation Getaway. After all of the fun and hard work, the winners of Restaurant Week will be announced at the s Annual Awards Dinner on June 02, The winners will also be listed on the Restaurant Week website all year long. Finally, this event will help the raise funds for the Chamber Marketing Campaign (501C nonprofit corporation). 3 Deadlines PRINTED MATERIALS DEADLINE *Participation Package and payment must be received by March 30, 2015 in order to be included in printed materials. TASTE FEST PARTICIPATION DEADLINE Participation Package and payment must be received by April 30, 2015 in order to be included in Taste Fest. Mandatory Meeting and General Information A restaurant s location at the Clearwater Beach Taste Fest will be based on the order (date) in which payment and all required documentation has been received by the Chamber Office. So, early submission earns premium pick of your location at the Taste Fest, with the selection process taking place at the Mandatory meeting. We will call the restaurants in the order in which payment and participation package was received and you will review the event layout map and make your selection. We will review all information and questions at the Mandatory meeting so please have a representative from your establishment in attendance. The meeting will be held May 5, 2015, 2:30 p.m. at the Clearwater Beach Recreation Center. Ballot boxes, voting ballots, passports, rack cards, and extra coasters will be handed out at the meeting.
