4 more than 30 years of experience crushing trap rock WE KNOW HOW TO CRUSH THIS HIGHLY ABRASIVE MATERIAL Iron Mountain Trap Rock currently drills and shoots a 135-foot rock face. The material is then loaded into a 50-ton haul truck and dumped into a Primary Jaw Crusher that crushes it down to an 8 minus. rock gradations that meet all state, city, county and airport specifications. In addition to around-the-clock services, we can provide jobsite blasting and crushing of stone. It is then conveyed approximately 2,000 feet to the Secondary Plant where it is processed through three cone crushers and screened into the finished product. Our portable plants are capable of producing over 1,400 tons per hour. We produce more than 30 4
