6 END OF 2014, INTO 2015 Our school system was hooked up to Office365 Student school addresses became cloud based & aligned with O365 accounts Could access One Drive Students & staff can access Student Advantage 2015 solely O365!

7 WHAT IS OFFICE 365 AND CLOUD LIFE? The business version of Office Cloud based Access all the Microsoft tools - Word, Power Point, Outlook and more One Drive, sites, One Note and Yammer Key difference you can collaborate with ease!

10 My One Drive where I put my documents, where I find shared documents how I use it ONE DRIVE Show: Shared doc for ELA/ Dept meetings, agenda to minutes Show shared powerpoint 9MK.

11 Explain OneNote, can create from app, or can create from your site page using app called Class Creator. From app, create and share it. With editing rights everyone can edit anywhere! From Class Creator, each student gets a space. Notebooks have three sections Contents: where you can put resources and they cannot be edited. Student section with tabs. The student sees this and you see it. Students do not see other students work. Collaboration Section: an area where is can be an organised free for all! 13 10HPE Purely a documents access point, however, next term I am going to run a four lesson series on anatomy and I am intending to go wild with technology to assist in the learning content and applying new knowledge...will use 21stCLD as the base...but more on that later!

14 11PED It s a jumping off point for OneNotes for both my classes, and links for Sports Science Unit...both useful links I've found and links to my own YouTUbe channel I've created for the girls.

18 TOP CAT 21 ST CLD USE OF ICT FOR LEARNING Brief: Create a short video for seven year olds can watch that would help them improve their throwing/passing technique in a team sport of your choice. It should explain and show three main points to focus on so that a person's throwing technique (power and aim) will become effective with practice.

21 Planning: Planning for video scaffolded on paper Creating: Use own technology. Phones/iPods to film, laptops/ phones to edit (I gave no instruction of how to!!)

22 Rubric questions Did the task meet the rubric requirements? Students have the opportunity to use ICT? Yes. Use ipads in class for with specific apps. Use phones etc to photos/video. Transfer video to devices. They will then need to share the video s back to me.

23 ICT supports students knowledge construction? Yes!During the learning, they can video and compare to each other, they use apps that slow video down, so they can look in depth at technique. Teacher prompts with questions but not information. Glossary of words provided for girls to get their heads around ICT is required for constructing this knowledge? Yes! 24 WHERE TO FROM HERE My suggestions: Start small perhaps one unit for one year group. OR use some of the tools for your own use so you get confident with them. I like the idea of taking a unit and 21 st CLD ing it think about how technology could be used to help you implement it.
