2 GUJARAT TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY Announces Innovative Courses on Asian Business SPECIALIZATION (CORE/ADDITIONAL) ON ASIAN BUSINESS POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN ASIAN BUSINESS & GANDHIAN PHILOSOPHY FOR MANAGING BUSINESS (PGD -ABGP) A COURSE ON GANDHIAN PHILOSOPHY FOR MANAGING BUSINESS (GPMB) You can join the programme in any of the following ways: 1) Any General aspirants having bachelor degree with 50 percent or 3 years professional experience from a recognized university in India or abroad can join Post Graduate Diploma in Asian Business & Gandhian Philosophy for Managing Business (PGD -ABGP). 2) Core or Additional Specialization for students, who are studying the MBA program of GTU 3) Additional Specialization for any aspirants, who have already completed their MBA from GTU or any other recognized University from India or Abroad. A Certificate of Additional Specialization in MBA will be awarded on successful completion of the Specialization of Asian Business. 4) Any Graduate from a recognized university in India or abroad can join the Course on Gandhian Philosophy for Managing Business (GPMB) in one Semester. course ABOUT PGD-ABGP? Recognizing the Global Economic Changes that are happening since the last few years, GTU is introducing Post Graduate Diploma in Asian Business & Gandhian Philosophy for Managing Business (PGD -ABGP) Course Highlights: Any Eligible Graduate can opt for the Post Graduate Diploma in Asian Business & Gandhian Philosophy for Managing Business (PGD-ABGP). Course Duration for the Specialization or for PGD-ABGP: Flexible (One Semester / Two Semesters). The courses will be offered through E-mode with Interaction Sessions during weekends. The course material will be available online on the course portal. Flexible Program You can complete the PGD-ABGP in one semester or two semesters. Full time PGD-ABGP (Duration One Semester) For Foreign students and other aspirants Practice training and projects during Monday to Friday and teaching classes during Saturday and Sunday Part time PGD-ABGP (Duration Two Semester) For general aspirants Teaching classes during Saturday and Sunday. Project work in both the semesters.

3 Who Can Join? 1. Aspirants from Foreign Countries having bachelor degree or equivalent qualification or professional experience of 3 years. 2. Aspirants from India having bachelor degree with 50% or 3 years professional experience 3. Aspirants having MBA degree and wanting to acquire the additional Specialization in Asian Business 3. Working executives from the businesses operating/intending to operate in Asian Markets Tuition Fees: 1. Students from India: INR. 10,000/- 2. Students from foreign nations: US$ 1500/- 3. Special: Foreign National Students from Universities having MOU with GTU: US$ 500/- (Kindly refer the list of Foreign Uni. Partners of GTU on: Mode of Teaching: 1. E- Mode through e- learning platform 2. Interaction Sessions during weekends for the subject guidance Duration of the Course: Total Course Duration will be one semester / two semesters Teaching & Learning Methodology: 1. The delivery of the course shall be through e-mode. 2. The aspirants seeking guidance can participate in weekend interaction sessions electronically, for which they have to make arrangements with the IT Department at GTU 3. Practice training and Industry projects may be completed during Monday to Friday; Teaching classes during weekends. 4. The working executives can undergo the project work at the same organization of their employment in the context of developing /studying Asian Business perspectives during weekdays.
