1 PEST Partnership for Exchange of experience in Student on-the-job Training I. Original distribution of tasks Distribution of tasks The proposal envisages the organisation of a series of thematic meetings around the topic of student placements in enterprises as part of their regular higher vocational learning paths. The on-the-job trainings are embedded into trainings leading to professional qualifications. The training contents are restricted to businessentrepreneurship studies and the partners are expected to present their experiences and offer them for adaptation for the partner VET institutions. The VET partners have also their practices in the evaluation, validation and accreditation of the on-the-job training sections. The comparison of these practices will be carried out at the meetings. The French partner has special experience in ECVET, the system for the transfer, accumulation and recognition of vocational learning outcomes in Europe. Part of the meeting to be hold in France will be devoted to the presentation of ECVET and the concrete use of it in the case of the student placements. The Hungarian partner uses ECTS procedure for the accreditation of the placements in its trainings leading to higher professional qualifications. Budapest Business School will be responsible for the comparison of the partners ECTS practices. The Belgian partner experienced in quality management issues will provide the project with continuous quality assurance. The SME federation partners are expected to be present in all meetings and give their experience and opinion on the topics. Since they have already proven their readiness to closely cooperate with their national and also international partners, they will play important role in the selection practices to be adapted and in the later adaptation process as well. The partners are supposed to invite representatives of the enterprises where successful placement have been carried out. 1
