K Smart Sign Ltd K Smart Sign Merchant Account Fast Track Display the board prominently in your store Sell the signs for whatever price you want, take cash direct from customer Take the order details using provided leaflet, take customers delivery address Order the sign from our website (Merchant log in) We ship the sign direct to your customer or your store Opening account of 20% discount on screen prices + Postage Example: Shaftesbury sign to p&p = No VAT to pay as of % - 40% discounts available 3-5 Day from order to customers home Dear Merchant K Smart Sign is a Brand New property signage company which previously ran as a brand name under Kinsella Industries Ltd. The brand K Smart Sign outgrew its home and now has its own place as a new limited company. Overview The world of showroom and general high street trading over the last 15 years has slowly converted over to the web! You don t need me to tell you that though. It s just now a fact of life. However, an ever increasing fact now on the web is that there is a steady stream of
low quality products CONSTANTLY competing against very well established products. Again, you won t need me to tell you that. After years of being in the trade of online and offline sales a company must now offer a web product and a high street / showroom product. This will convert to the web product making very low margin and the other making up for the shortfall. The split between Online and Offline sales now comes with a very definite split of a customer base. It is very easy to understand why shoppers of 50+ still prefer to shop on the high street. K Smart Sign Merchant Account Our product and route to market is aimed very much at the high street / showroom shopper. It s very much aimed at your type of customer, that s why we are with you today. What we have available are modern contemporary house signs which are hugely becoming popular throughout the UK. You will see in front of you a display which holds 3 of our most popular property signs. We have a whole number of ranges but here are just three. You will also see a leaflet which replicates the display with each sign having its own unique barcode. The reverse of this leaflet has an order form where a house number and street name can be written. An address for delivery can also be written below this. How this works (Dropship) We know you re no novice when it comes to sales and you will have already worked this out, but to run through. You will have this display on show, you will retail the signs at whatever you feel appropriate for your customer base. Your customer will fill out the order form and you will take payment for it. You will have taken their address on the form but ask them if they want to collect from you when the sign is ready (repeat purchase etc). You will keep the order form in a safe place. After a particular time or amounted sales you will visit our website where you will have a merchant account to log into, you will place the order and enter your customers delivery address, if it s a store collection you will enter your own address. You will then make payment for this sign at your agreed rate (opening account = 20% discount on our advertised selling price). The sign will then be manufactured by us and sent out within 48 hours either to yourself for customer collection (You may even offer a fitting service) or direct to your customer. Questions and answers Is the display free? The display carries a 45 deposit which will be refunded if you do not wish to continue selling, however terms and conditions apply on the condition the display is returned in.
You sell them on your own website cheaper than I am going to retail them at! We do, however that s the online market we spoke about earlier, we could point to any product in your showroom now, Google it and get it cheaper. The market this product will sell into is the high street / showroom and we strongly believe that your customer will not shop around online with an incentive purchase such as this. How fast is the turn around? we aim to have it with the customer 3 days from ordering. 1 st class royal mail post, we pack the signs in a way that they fit through a standard letter box, no need to sign for them. How much discount will I get? We don t want you to wait around for quotes from us, We can open you an account right now, keep hold of the display you have and our sales manager will hand you over more leaflets. Opening accounts (Start-ups) will benefit from 20% off our selling price postage. So for example, the top sign you see before you (Shaftesbury Avenue) that s yours for delivered to your customer. Due to the new showroom venture, we have registered a new business so VAT will not come into play for at least 12 months. After this period VAT will become applicable on purchases. Further discounts come into play if you start to sell more than 20 units a week. Can I have a custom display? Yes! We would encourage you to do so, we have chosen the best of what we sell on a day to day basis through the website however for companies such as yourself other styles may suite your business better. Again a fee will apply for the deposit on the board. For example we have window and door companies with signs to match their door colours, Duck egg blue, Ruby Red, Royal blue etc. Can I put the signs in my brochure and website? Yes! How your customer would order with you We, as a sales company and you, as a sales company will appreciate that when a customer is given a vast choice of options they spend a considerable amount of time deciding what they want, which sometimes leads to them just getting confused and walking off empty handed. Our display board features 3 of our most popular designs, colours and text styles. 9 times out of 10 the customer will point at the one they want and state I want that with my number and street on. This is why we have only 3 options. However, some may say they want a particular sign style with the other signs text style. This is down to you as the merchant if you want to let them order different styles. You will need to familiarise yourself with our codes and upon the customer filling out the leaflet you will need to make up a code for your reference to then order through us. Such as 10B-S-C (Font 10 in Black, Silver BG and Chrome Stands).
It is very easy to design a code from looking at the front of the leaflet. Delivery on all signs There are 3 options we currently have available. Personal Delivery from K Smart Sign to your store: If your store is within 20 miles of K Smart Sign Ltd and you are producing good sales then we will personally deliver your sign to you free of charge by a K Smart Sign representative. The deliveries would be 3 times per week. Royal Mail Delivery direct to your store : You may choose to have the signs delivered direct to your store. This way you can call the customer to come and collect their sign. Royal Mail Delivery direct to your customer : You may choose to have the signs delivered direct to your customer. Creating your merchant account Firstly you will need to become a member of our site one of our representatives will then assign your account to merchant status and enable your initial welcome offer of 20%. Once you are a member each visit to the site will see you log in. enter and then LOG IN on the top right. Address = enter Password = enter password When you are logged in your discount becomes live on all products but will only be visible at the checkout by adding a discount to the order. Placing an order with K Smart Sign on the website In writing this document we have 1 display which is also reflected on the adjoining leaflet. Each sign is headed with its range name, a quick code reference of the sign specifics and a barcode. Once your customer has filled out the leaflet you will then be able to place your order with us online. We are going to give you a run through of ordering the MIDDLE sign on the display. This being the Prestige A5, barcode and short layout code 24W-B-C You will need to go to our website and find the said product in the navigation, it is FAR more quicker to find by just entering the word PRESTIGEA5 into the top search box and hit enter (or scan the barcode if your computer is equipped with a barcode reader). The sign will then be displayed. You may now enter your customers house number and street name (if wanted) into
the fields. The sign on your display leaflet is short coded 24W, this means font 24 in white. B, this means black background and then finally C, this means chrome fixings. You can go ahead and select those specifics from the drop downs and then add to your cart. A summary of what is in your cart will be displayed. Completing and purchasing the order you will need to click Go To Checkout. The page will now load asking you where do you want this delivered to. If your customer wants to collect this from you then leave your address in there, if your customer wants it delivered direct to them then go ahead and enter their address Change Your Address. It is vitally important you check the delivery address as our system will use the LAST address you used to ship to as your default address when you log back in. The order process for having orders sent direct to customers will see you having to create and pay for orders one by one. However, if you want customers to collect from your store you may add as many signs to your cart and then simply pay in one transaction. Basically this is because we have designed our system to handle 1 shipping address per transaction (Much more user friendly than multiple delivery options). If we have agreed to personally delivery your orders to your store (Stores within a 20 mile radius of K Smart Sign Ltd) then you may select the FREE STORE COLLECTION delivery option from our website. These signs will be personally delivered to you. You will then be prompted to pay for your order, We use a Credit / Debit and PayPal gateway for payments, if you re a PayPal member you simply checkout by entering your PayPal credentials. If you re not a PayPal member then simply enter your card details as you would on any online transaction. Our site will then you a summary of your order and another separate will arrive to you with a receipt. Once the sign has been manufactured and sent we will then send you another notifying you that it has left.
