Treatment Residential and Outpatient 6 12 months Enrollment is done at assessment time to entry 1 day. Minimum 12 months may include residential if needed. Includes intensive case management, MFT home visits, random/ frequent drug testing Alumni activities required in 4 th phase and voluntary after graduation. In home assessment of risk, safety (child welfare) and substance abuse treatment assessment (ASI) Intensive in home services, substance abuse treatment, mental health, domestic violence (if indicated), parenting skills enhancement 3

It is estimated the Treatment Drug saved the county over $3 million in the last 5 years (calculated by average foster care cost savings minus average program cost). 8
