This report is not weighted and does not consider each provider s numbers served, size of their Department funded budgets or any other variables. Single purpose providers (with few GAA measures) score higher than providers with multiple services caring for a wide range of providers. Proposed reductions in this document do not include reductions to crisis, detoxification or forensic services.
