Fantauzzi forced his way into the victim s car as she waited at a stoplight between Pacific Coast Highway and Webb way during the early hours of June 12 of last year. The suspect later forced his way into the driver's seat and drove around for hours before stopping to get gas. Sheen, along with ex-wife, Denise Richards, pulled both their daughters out of Viewpoint when other parents told the former couple that their FORMER LA RADIO HOST SENT TO PRISON FOR FRAUD By Ivetta Babadjanian BEVERLY HILLS Former Beverly Hills money manager, John Farahi, is the second securities industry professional who has been sentenced to prison due to selling investments in fake Trouble Asset Relief Program (TARP) backed securities. Farahi, who gave financial advice on a Los Angeles radio talk show in Farci on KIRN-AM, was sentenced on Monday, March 18 to ten years in federal prison for his involvement in a Ponzi scheme. He was also ordered to repay $24.4 million to 59 victims. The 55-year-old of Bel Air Estates pleaded guilty on June 7 to four felony counts including mail fraud, loan fraud, selling unregistered securities and conspiracy to obstruct justice as he worked with his corporate counsel to hide the fraud. Farahi was sentenced by United States District Judge Phillip S. Gutierrez at the U.S. District Court in the Roybal Building on Temple Street Downtown. This verdict demonstrates that there are severe consequences when an attorney crosses the line between vigorous representation of a client and obstruction of an SEC investigation, said Michele Layne, Director of the SEC s Los Angeles Regional Office. The majority of Farahi's victims were members of the Iranian-Jewish community to whom he promised conservative investments in corporate bonds backed by the TARP. As part of his plea agreement, Farahi acknowledged that his Ponzi scheme caused in losses of over $7 million. Prosecutors, however, were able to prove that the losses were in fact over $24 million. Additionally, in his plea agreement, Farahi stated he used his victims' funds for unauthorized purposes such as paying off former investors as well as subsidizing options futures trading. He also stated that he violated federal security laws by selling unregistered securities and not following the Security and Exchange Commission's (SEC) rules and regulations. Farahi went on to admit that he worked with his attorney to hinder an SEC investigation by modifying documents and proving false and misleading testimony on three different occasions while under oath to the SEC. John Farahi His attorney, 46-year-old David Tamman of Santa Monica, was found guilty last year for ten counts including obstruction of justice, altering records in a federal investigation and being an accessory after the fact to Farahi's crimes. The SEC investigation began in April 2009 which caused Farahi and Tamman to try and conceal the fraud by lying to the agency and removing incriminating documents from investor files. Tamman was suspended from practicing law by the California State Bar earlier this year and will receive his sentencing on May 20. 2 PAGE TWO BEVERLY HILLS Don Rhoads, a 27-year financial and governmental expert, has been appointed the new city Chief Financial Officer and Director of Administrative Services. Rhoads replaces the former CFO Scott Miller, who announced his retirement last year. The duties of a CFO include overseeing and investing in the city s finances and perform economic forecasting. Last week, city council approved a new development agreement for a new apartment building and retail venue, at the site of the Village Trailer Park at 2930 Colorado Avenue. Built in 1951, Village Trailer Park is one of two remaining trailer parks in the city of Santa Monica, but under the new development agreement, the lot will soon be home to a 377 unit apartment complex. City officials hope that the new apartments will be more affordable than previous developments and attract workers and families who commute to the area for work, in order to cut down on city traffic. An earlier plan entailed constructing 216 condominiums on-site but was rejected. Councilwoman Gleam Davis said negotiations had been reopened because the new plan contains allrental properties that are more affordable. The new apartment complex will contain 38 deed-restricted units aimed at housing low-income residents and 99 rent-controlled units that adhere to current market rates. 4 PAGE FOUR HOLLYWOOD This week saw the television premiere of A&E s newest series Bates Motel. Wait a second, you may tell yourself. Doesn t that name sound so familiar? It should, because if you can recall, Bates Motel is more famously known as the Psycho house where Norman Bates and his dear mother resided in. Already we saw just how brilliantly legendary director Alfred Hitchcock brought Psycho to the big screen and revolutionized horror cinema; now we see just how the madness from this tale all started and lead to the Psycho phenomena. Not wasting anytime, the show immediately gets down to business. One of the first image s we see is a quiet house, and this version of Norman Bates is still a teenager. The peace and tranquility that lulls Norman to drift is quickly snapped, and terror has already arisen. Norman wakes up to the horror that his father is lying motionless, dead. Once that sad segment is over, we see Norma and Norman drive along White Pine Bay, with a beautiful coastal view and their discussion of seeking a fresh start. The surprises keep coming-literally-when Norma presents Norman with their new home, a beat up motel no longer of service. The plan is to remodel and get the business running as mother-andson-duo. Norman has no trouble fitting in, as beautiful, preppy teenage girls flock all over him quickly at school. Jealousy quickly rise from Features & Entertainment I LOVE MY CAR: JOYS OF MANUAL TRANSMISSION By Grady Miller UNITED STATES At a time when national malaise over minutiae has increased while the national agenda seems bent on minimizing danger, this real menace and mystery that lurks in the hidden nooks of manual transmission is downright invigorating. A marvelous tingling sense of danger is generated by the stick shift because I, and I alone, am fully responsible for managing the complex relationship between the gears and the road. This carries the great weight and foreboding: if I haven t coordinated my muscles and controlled the gears to meet changing road conditions and topography, there is the potential to make mincemeat out of a costly auto part. Think what patience and forbearance my Grandpa Tex must have had to take an ordinary sweltering August afternoon in Idaho and teach me the ins-and-outs of a stick of stick shift in a 54 milk-blue Chevy Bel- Air. This memory crowded in on me when Chatita entered my life. She s lipstick-red and shorter than a conventional car, high riding SUV, so named by her past owner, because Chatita means pugnose in Spanish. The first time my daughter rode with me in Chatita, she said, It feels like we re min a bumper car. Hard to imagine what it would have felt like if Grandpa Tex had never taken me into the stubble field in the Chevy Bel-Air, with the stick-shift genteelly placed alongside the steering wheel. There were fraying of nerves and gnashing of gears, the potential for a mangled clutch, and yet my grandpa never lost his cool, as we swerved and jerked. I didn t come halfway close to mastering the cagey dance of coordination and physics a stick-shift requires. On the other hand, automatic transmission, first introduced in the 1940 Oldsmobile, frees the driver from a sense of responsibility, and fosters the sort of ignorance which cannot conceive a difference between what brought a candy carrot and a real carrot to the store. It is simply taken for granted. Automatic transmission lulls us into a passive state. Back when I had automatic is when I coined my classic definition of the Los Angeles freeway: a good place to catch up on sleep. The morning trip down the Hollywood freeway was fraught by this peril: I used to fight the urge to drowse and put down the windows to get the blast of cool morning air to keep me awake. The stick shift enforces laser-embrace of the road, and surrounding traffic, and acuity in hearing, while automatic transmission offers the perfect cocoon for audio books and dispersing soliloquies. Still in the learning phase with stick, I needed the radio off. When the radio was blaring, my senses were dulled, and always something weird and jarring took place in the mysterious innards of the gearbox. Now, I am stretching the limits of my concentration, permitting my daughter to listen to Rihanna and rap, and reaching the awareness necessary to pierce the thick layer of music and keep focus on the gear sound, and know instinctively when it s time to shift. Even after my Grandpa s crash course, and previous stick-shifts, mastering Chatita has been a steep learning curve. For about three weeks I would blithely shift from second to third gear. Sometimes it BATES MOTEL PREMIERE: HOW IT ALL BEGAN a certain someone who disapproves Norman s acquaintance with these girls: his own mother. She wants him home to help her with the unpacking and fixing up the place. Like any teenager, Norman cannot stand his mother treating him like a baby (or maybe...we don t know just yet) and sneaks out of the house to party with the girls when he s sent to his room. Norma, unbeknownst to her that she is utterly alone, is violently attacked and raped by Keith Summers, the former owner who is still hell bent on losing the property. Norman finally arrives to save his mother, though the damage is already done. When her assailant makes a crude remark to her ( You liked it, ), she snaps, and stabs him repeatedly, killing him. Norman insists that they call the police on basis for self-defense, but not wanting to ruin the reputation of her non-existent motel, decides that the best thing to do is By Carmen Herrera Bates Motel was a huge hit on A&E would be seamless, a smooth continuation for the motor; other times the shift provoked a warbling sound, a throasty waaaah waaaah evoking a 46 Buick in a noir flick. I want to applaud my risk-taking grandfather and the way he took potential damage to equipment in stride, applaud his generosity for passing down the gift of being able to handle manual shift. He jump-started a kid s knowledge and advanced coordination, and coaxed me beyond a comatose comfort zone. My grandfather s example is inspiring me to take my own daughter out into an un-peopled field and setting her a little freer to shoulder that brave responsibility. Though we are just at the start of the series, the mood of incest is all over, it s undeniable. There s nothing wrong in saying one loves their mom of course, but the way Norman says it to his mother, makes you feel a bit uneasy. Taking out of context, the acting was done so well between Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga that they actually had great chemistry together as if they were actually in a relationship. But when you remember that they're suppose to be playing mother and son, it takes creepy to new levels. Anthony Perkins famously portrayed the troubled Norman Bates right on key, and is the role most remember him for. This new portrayal of Norman Bates is played by former child-star Freddie Highmore, who we know as the cute-as-a-button Charlie from Tim Burton s 2005 Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and in acclaimed films such as Finding Neverland and The Golden Compass. Now Highmore is all grown-up, taking on the role of the legendary psycho and ditching the cute boy status. Then, playing the role of the mother, is Academy-Award nominee, Vera Farmiga. Unlike the 1960 film, this series will give insight on just who the mother character was and what her relationship with her son consisted of. Tonight s episode already gave us a glimpse of how she is with Norman and how much she loves her son. Maybe a little too much. It will be interesting to see just how this series will pan out. Yes, this series is meant to be a prequel to Psycho, but the major factor here is the time setting. Hitchcock s version, as well as the novel, all took place in the mid-1900s, whereas this series is in the present. Though films have made remakes from decades ago, it will be interesting to see how all the events will ultimately unravel and lead to Norman Bates's fate and shocking reveal. The series is already off a good start, and leaving you wanting more. You know things are already picking up when Norman Bates ends the show telling his dear mother that they belong to each other. Sounds a bit Psycho, if you catch the drift... Life Style UNITED STATES California has no more native palms than Oklahoma has with the diminutive dwarf palmetto. The stately California fan palm, which is also known as the desert fan palm, inhabits warm desert regions in southern California. It is what put the 'Palm' in 'Palm Springs'. However, because it likes heat and minimal humidity, it is not so happy away from deserts. The very tall and lean Mexican fan palm is closely related to the comparably stout California fan palm, but is so happy in local climates that it naturalizes and can be invasive. The queen palm has a leaner trunk, and a broader and more billowy canopy. It rarely self sows, but is so overly popular that it very often gets planted in bad situation where it does not have room to grow. Unlike fan palms that have rounded palmate leaves that radiate outward from the ends of bare petioles (leaf stalks), the queen palm is a 'feather' palm, with pinnately compound leaves comprised of narrow leaflets arranged along stiff midribs. The massive Canary Island date palm is another feather palm, with a broad canopy and bulky trunk. UNITED STATES Remember the wonderful feelings you had when your relationship with your spouse was fresh and exciting? The initial weeks, months, and perhaps even the first few years of being a couple were filled with upbeat feelings about yourself, your loved one, and life in general. Everything was easy when love was at its best. A client of mine refers to this point in her relationship as feeling "light." It is the feelings people longingly wish for years later, when the same relationship is characterized more by criticism, apathy, and resistance, than by love, openness and trust. Cynics claim that the joyous feelings experienced in a new relationship cannot sustain themselves over the course of a lifetime. That theory garners support when observing controlling, angry couples, who have been married for a lengthy period of time, communicate with each other. But it does not explain the happiness and joy some couples successfully share, decade after decade PALMS NEED PROPER PLANNING TOO By Tony Tomeo Like Mexican fan palm, it often self sows, so gets into some weird situations. The foliage is so thick that is commonly becomes infested with rats and pigeons. Female trees produce messy fruit that keeps rats and pigeons well fed. Whether they get planted intentionally or simply appear in the landscape, the main problem with all these and other large palms, is the expense of maintenance, since they can only be maintained by professional arborists who know how to climb such large branchless trees. Without regular grooming, fan palms that are so often allowed to retain long beards of old leaves become fire hazards, and have the potential to drop dangerously heavy sections of their beards without warning. Removal of old deteriorating leaves from the huge canopies of Canary Island date palms is quite an chore! There are few small palms, like windmill palm and Mediterranean fan palm, that are more proportionate to compact gardens. Windmill palm has a strikingly shaggy trunk and a compact canopy that is easy to groom before it grows beyond reach. Mediterranean fan palm HOW TO GET THE 'LOVE' BACK IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP of marriage. The secret to getting the love back in your relationship is not about more being done for you, but rather, to acknowledge and value your partner. Think of how good it feels when you are acknowledged and valued by someone in your life. If the validation comes from your boss at work, you feel more confident about your capabilities. In turn, you are probably more motivated to work harder, or more creatively. You probably feel more open to your boss, and are more receptive to communicating and sharing ideas. Your happiness doesn't just remain inside of you. It radiates outside, to your expression, style of walking, and tone of voice. You are more likely to have a smile on your face, a bounce to your step, and a cheery, optimistic quality to your speech. Your boss, who gave you the validation, becomes the recipient of your upbeat, positive response. He is also likely to feel happier about himself because you are communicating reciprocal validation, By Eileen Lenson which in turn results in his feeling more positive towards you. This example, of the boss giving an employee positive feedback, and the impact it has on both the employee and boss, reflects the ability an unhappy couple has in rebuilding the loving communication in their relationship. In my life coaching practice, I work with unhappy couples. Each one is hurt, and protects his or herself by building barriers in the form of anger and blame. Each one typically views his or her spouse as being critical, complaining and unappreciative, and wants me to 'fix' their partner. What these couples fail to see is that they can build a relationship of love through focusing more on themselves than on their partner's flaws. If a positive comment can generate happiness and openness in someone and that person in turn feels happy, more confident, and accepting of the other person, then inversely, a negative comment can destructively push the two people further PAGE NINE The elegant queen palm has a slender trunk and a billowy canopy. has multiple trunks that grow so slowly that it takes many decades for them to grow beyond reach. Highlight: Queen Palm While Mexican fan palms and Canary Island date palms dominated the palm fad in California during the Victorian period, the queen palm, Syagrus romanzoffiana, was still relatively uncommon. Since then, selective breeding has improved their foliar color and density. They are now the most popular of palms. Modern queen palms grow a bit faster than their Victorian ancestors to about thirty feet tall, and then grow somewhat slower for another ten to even twenty feet. Their long and arching feather (pinnately compound) leaves are quite billowy. The elegant trunks are generally slender, but often develop constrictions or bulges from fluctuations of irrigation or nutrient availability. The abundant fruit can be messy. apart with each spoken sentence. Getting the love back in the relationship involves communicating acceptance of the other person for who he or she is. Being judgmental, rejecting or controlling is destructive behavior that simply makes the other person more defensive, and it isn't effective. The recipient of this communication is not likely to change, and both people in the relationship become hurt and angry. Conveying acceptance will bring back the love. You will find you can communicate better than in the initial days of courtship, because now you have the skills to both prevent the barriers being built, and the skills to convey acceptance, caring and love. 5 PAGE EIGHT UNITED STATES We all do it. Some of us more than others, but who hasn t told a lie? I know I have. Perhaps a better question is why do we lie to begin with? Its simple we want to divert the truth. Hence, the key word divert. When we lie, for most of us, we want to prevent the truth from coming out. The truth in some situations can be a catastrophe. Just watch a soap opera and you ll understand exactly what I mean. Those characters tell lies like it s a game; whoever tells the most lies will win a grand prize. What effect does lying have on our mental state of mine? Does it place us in a positive state of mind or does it place us in a negative state of mind? For some people, it s an adrenaline rush to keep people in a ruse where they believe what is being told to them. Think of Pretty Little Liars, if you tell a good lie people will easily be sold on what you re saying and it creates a domino effect. It starts a rumor; that rumor spreads around town like a plague, before you know it everyone is talking about you are UNITED STATES I have a problem with the government. It seems everyday that our nations politicians are doing everything in their power to control what other people are doing on a daily basis. You were not elected into office to decide necessary what you think is best for those you represent you were elected into office to do what we think is best for us. Why do so many politicians fail to acknowledge this important factoid. My latest ruse is thanks to the Mayor Michael Bloomberg of New York City who attempted to pass legislation banning soda drinks. Research has shown that consumption of soda drinks can lead to type II diabetes. I ll admit it I have a glass of soda Point of View LIES, LIES & MORE LIES something that you said about someone else. Something odd happened in the recent weeks at my day job as an employee got hold of some information and began telling everyone in the world about it. Why am I concerned it involved me? It became so massive I had people coming up to me each day asking about Is it true that you re leaving the company? Well, yes it is, but who told you I was moving? It was partially truth to the statement, but there was also a bit of a lie injected in there as well. Where in the world did everyone suspect that I was moving? I don t know and it bugs me greatly because I want to find the person who started this massive rumor. I have my theories, but I m not 100% certain, but I ve learned a valuable lesson, don t talk to anyone. I mean it. There are people that you can trust, but you have to know in your gut that these are people who will go to the lengths of the Earth to keep confidential what you ve told them. UNITED STATES Let s face it, we all want money. Some of us want it a lot more than others, but why? Well the saying goes Money buys you happiness. How accurate is that claim? Of course people with money will say that it s not true, but in all honesty who can argue otherwise. When finances are bad, the only thing that can get you out of that rut is money, and lots of it. So what s the best way to earn cash fast? To gamble. Gambling is a big problem in our nation. For a vast majority of American s, gambling takes place by playing the lottery, going to the casino, card games or online gambling. There is a big misconception, that with gambling that if you play odds you have a good chance of coming out on top, but I don t believe that. They psychosis of continuing to take your chances are actually working against you. The prime example of this is the slot machine. Time and time again I hear people say, I know it. This one is going to hit. I can feel it. Well three hours later and hundreds of dollars gone, that machine still hasn t hit. All of those books and superstitions about certain tactics that will help you win big are a bunch of baloney. In my personal opinion, you win big in gambling with luck. There is some higher power pulling stings for you. If it s not luck, than I have no idea what it could be. The problem with gambling is the fact that so many of us are so driven to earn more money, when end up spending the money that we do have. And in the end you re worse off than you were before. I have seen people blow hundreds, thousands of dollars on gambling and have no idea that they have a problem. If blow your entire check in one day on gambling and not see anything wrong with that you have a problem. That s the concern, those addicted to gambling just can t see it; an intervention has to take place, but so many family members are afraid to do so. It s almost a taboo subject to address because you don t want to ostracize the addict, but at the same time you have to address the elephant in the room or the problem becomes worse. Bills will go unpaid, food will not be in The bad thing about a good lie is that you have to come up with another good lie to protect the original lie that you told. It never ends with 1 lie, its just keeps on going, but be warned about the lies that you tell because some lies can get you into major trouble and before you know it you ve entangled a party of people who may become casualties of your ruse. It's one thing to tell a lie to protect someone from being exposed to something extremely harmful, it s another thing to tell a lie that destroys a person s life. Trust me it does happen and the attempt to pick up the pieces from the fallout is chaotic. You become a mess and so does the people involved. Stay away from lies, unless the lie is told for good purpose, but when was the last time you actually told a lie to protect someone, not to get out of a situation? be better educated on the health factors of consuming large amounts of soda. By educating the public they are now able to make better informed decisions on what things to place into their bodies. The government s goal is to protect our personal security and to ensure that civil liberties are not infringed upon. Why so many politicians think they have the right to infringe on our personal choices is haunting. This is a message for the American government to stop intruding on the American public s personal choices; we already have enough problems in the nation already. How about tackling those issues instead of attempting to control are every single move. the fridge, essential needs will be missing, and the list goes on and on. So why do we gamble, we want more of what we don t have, but that s the problem, you can t have more of something if you don t have any to begin with. There is mysticism with gambling; that hope of something great happening, but it rarely happens. You can t put your fate in the odds because a lot of the times the odds work against you. Control your fate, focus on what it is you want and strive for it, don t theorize that a scratch off, a number, a card game, luck or a slot machine will make all your worries go away. If anything they will just create more issues for you in the long run. Features & Entertainment OLYMPUS HAS FALLEN ACTION-PACKED RIDE HOLLYWOOD Olympus Has Fallen is a disaster movie to some degree. It presents the idea that the end of the world is imminent, but it s not at the hands of Mother Nature or outer space. This explosive picture is all about the White House. When the White House is taken over by a terrorist mastermind and the President is held hostage, who can the nation rely on to save the world. Our hero is Mike Banning (Gerard Butler), a former Special Forces Operator, who is relegated to desk duty after a tragic accident. The picture has an all-star cast that includes several Oscar nominees and winners that include Morgan Freeman as Speaker Allan Trumball, Angela Bassett as Lynne Jacobs and Melissa Leo as Secretary of Defense Ruth McMillian. Other supporting players in the picture include the President himself portrayed by Aaron Eckhart and the First Lady played by Ashley Judd. There are some tense moments inside the Pentagon as Speaker of the House Turmball and Jacobs decide the best tactic to rescue the President and protect the American public from warfare. The picture is directed by Antoine Fuqua, the guy behind Denzel Washington s Oscarwinning performance in Training Day. Fuqua has some experience in the action arena with his involvement in movies The Replacement Killers, Shooter and Brooklyn s Finest. The villain to our protagonist (Banning) is none other than Rick Yune as Kang, a North Korea terrorist bent on gaining overall control of the White House to implement his plan. He s visceral and has little remorse for human life. The movie is written by Creighton Rothenberger and Katrin Benedikt that presents a tense game of come and find me involving Banning and Kang. Whoever is the smarter party will prevail in the long run, and who better to outwit a terrorist than the guy who knows COVERS THAT MATTER! HOLLYWOOD There are many strategies that publicists use when they decide whom to put on the front cover. When celebrities want to be seen as more than just actors, they go for Vanity Fair magazine. It's where celebrities go to save face, to show that they went through it all and now they are saved. In other words, it's to say they feel relevant and this picture certainly proves it. If they want to monetize a celebrity they go for Cosmopolitan, Lucky, Allure or Self, where it could help them sell a fashion line. Today's star's rarely depend on TV or movie paychecks, instead they branch out, and using covers to establish a reason for consumers to buy their products. That's where Heidi Klum s jewelry took off for QVC, or help lock in the contract for Zooey Deschanel's Rimmel London deal. Creating an edge if they feel they are in danger of becoming to bland or broad they turn to magazine's like "W." Where do you go if you want to promote a movie? The two magazines that fit that profile are Vogue and GQ. It has the right mix for mass promotion that proves time and time again it works. I ve known Melba Moore since the early 1970s when she made her first trip to Hollywood as a Tony award winner in the acclaimed musical Purlie. She was one of the nicest, most clearheaded young artists I had ever met. And it is so gratifying to discover that this beautiful, gifted artist hasn t changed one bit. MSJ: Melba, since you appeared in that great musical Hair, was it very difficult for you to appear in that very controversial scene where all the cast were totally nude? MM: Oh, my goodness! First of all, not everybody had to appear in that scene. The director made it very clear that it wasn t compulsory, it was up to us. And at that time I wasn t that worldly to display everything I had to any kind of audience. No! I kept my clothes on, Oh yes! MSJ: So you were not one of the free spirits that made headlines in all the magazines and papers around the world during that period? MM: Michael, I was a kind of a flower child in many ways but with my clothes on. Yes, I wore the flowers in the hair, the sandals and sang the songs about love and freedom, but that was the extent of it. I was still under the rules my parents set up in the family. MSJ: Speaking of your parents, they were in the business as well were they not? That must have had quite an influence on you as a youngster, I should think. MM: Definitely. They were both musicians. My dad played the sax and my mother, she was a singer. There was always music in our house, and I loved every minute of it. I learned a lot watching, observing how my parents handled themselves as professionals. I learned so much about being completely honest in presenting yourself to an audience; they By Michael St. John can always tell if you re for real. MSJ: I saw you on Broadway in the musical Timbuktu! with Eartha Kitt that must have been quite an experience! But you only stayed with the show for a few months, what happened that made you decide to cut it short? MM: (laughs) Well, you ve appeared with Eartha, and you knew her personality lets face it; she was a diva of divas. How did you handle her? MSJ: Oh, I just pulled her wig off and ran from the theater. However, we did appear together on the Joe Franklin TV show in New York and pretended it never happened. I m sure your experience wasn t that physical. MM: No, it wasn t Michael. It was just a personality clash and I was being swallowed up in dramas which made it difficult to have fun in the role I was playing. So it was best that I should leave the show, and I was right. The film may have it s moments where you tune out because of the same rise and fall formula, but the cast alone is a reason to stay put and watch. The film s strong point is the actors.
