1 Best Books for Junior High and High School Readers 1999 The listing of best books for young adults, readers from middle school through high school, is varied as the population of that age group. Their interests, abilities, and academic needs are wide ranging. Therefore, our best books, selected from those receiving a recommended or highly recommended rating, includes reference books, factual resource books, and popular science books. Biography and literature as well as science fiction titles are here, too. The listing also includes titles that older readers adults may find of great interest as well. In addition, highly recommended back titles reviewed this year are part of our Best Books for Junior High School Readers. Encourage everyone to check out this list on our online version as well.
