T update existing engagements, users shuld perfrm rllfrward and chse the 2015 Cmpliance Supplement Versin 2, r Check fr Updates, t reslve the issues nted belw: The message The rw cannt be null that may have ccurred when accessing the Assess Risk screen after an engagement had been rlled frward t the 2015 Cmpliance Supplement. Pssible display errrs in the audit prgram fr Cmpliance Requirements E, G, and L. Ptential display errrs in generatin fr prgrams entered withut CFDA numbers. New Features in this Release - PPC SMART Practice Aids Single Audit (versin 6.0.7): This editin f PPC's SMART Practice Aids Single Audit includes updated cntent based n the 2015 Cmpliance Supplement, which is effective fr audits f fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2014 (years ending June 30, 2015 r later). It incrprates the audit requirements in OMB Circular A-133, fr audits f fiscal years ending befre December 26, This editin als encmpasses guidance fr the tw different sets f administrative and cst principle requirements cntained in Part 3 f the 2015 Cmpliance Supplement.

2 Part 3.1 f the Cmpliance Supplement applies t federal awards made befre December 26, 2014, and subsequent incremental funding that did nt mdify the award terms and cnditins. Part 3.2 f the Cmpliance Supplement applies t federal awards made n r after December 26, 2014, r t incremental funding with mdified terms and cnditins awarded n r after that date. Sme awards are subject t bth parts f the Cmpliance Supplement. Fllwing nscreen guidance, users will identify each award as Awards Made Befre December 26, 2014 (Part 3.1); Awards Made r Changed After December 26, 2014 (Part 3.2); r bth n the Add r Mdify Federal Award screen. Individual Cmpliance Requirements fr either r bth Parts 3.1 and 3.2 may then be selected and tailred in the Review and Mdify Cmpliance Prgrams sectin. Then, a single Cmpliance Audit Prgram fr each majr prgram, including either r bth Parts 3.1 and 3.2, is prepared fr testing and generatin. A subsequent release f PPC s SMART Practice Aids Single Audit will include updated cntent, lgic, and frms fr audits subject t the audit requirements in the Unifrm Guidance, which is effective fr audits beginning n r after December 26, 2014 (years ending December 31, 2015 r later). Individual Cmpliance Requirements fr Pre 12/26/2014 Award (Part 3.1) and Pst 12/26/2014 Award (Part 3.2) have been added t the Review and Mdify Cmpliance Prgrams sectin that may be individually selected and tailred by the user. The Cmpliance Audit Prgram fr each majr prgram has been restructured t accmmdate either r bth Parts 3.1 and 3.2 by Cmpliance Requirement in a cnsecutive frmat t increase the efficiency in cmpliance testing.
