3 Overview of BCC Training BCC Training consists of biblically-based workshops, modules and seminars which can help your church better care for it's people. BCC offers a variety of customizable solutions to help your church. Workshops - BCC Counselors will present a "Real Life Solutions - God's Way" workshop to help your church through giving them biblical insight into common struggles. We teach on over 120 topics and workshops typically last 2 hours (shorter or longer upon request). Leadership Training s - BCC has developed over 120 hours of discipleship and leadership training in 24 distinct Biblical Counseling s contain 3-6 hours of teaching in one general topic area. s can be used effectively for Leadership training or weekend conferences. Seminars - BCC offers 5 Counseling Training Seminars that are useful for training leaders to better care for the people they influence. "Foundations of Biblical Counseling," our most popular course, is recognized as a pre-requisite course for those seeking certification from NANC or IABC. Seminars can be completed in two "12 hours weekends" or three "8 hours saturdays." Our 16 hour, "Portraits of Biblical Counseling" course fulfills the 10 counseling hours required for NANC or IABC certification. Lay Counseling Certificate - Completion of all five BCC Counseling Seminars (and follow-up assignments) leads to a BCC Lay Counseling Certificate. BCC Lay Counseling Certificates ensure proper training to handle common counseling struggles.
