2 AFFILIATION The Friends of Virginia Hill is associated with the Bristol Chamber of Commerce s LEAD! Bristol leadership program, and is part of the community service project required for class graduation. At the request of the Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority, The Friends of Virginia Hill was tasked with soliciting residential and stakeholder feedback of the Virginia Hill neighborhood and reporting candid responses back to City officials. The Friends of Virginia Hill, however, is independent of the Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority and all City of Bristol departments and agencies.

3 PROJECT SUMMARY Probable neighborhood revitalization project To develop and implement a plan for the effective participation of neighborhood residents and other organizational or institutional stakeholders Neighborhood input opportunities that will hear and record residents and other stakeholders concerns and dreams for their neighborhood with the ultimate goal of developing a common, broad vision for the neighborhood
