4 What We Do Vending Management Services National Vending provides accountability and transparent reporting according to client criteria through secure, online proprietary software. Single Source Refreshment Solutions We re the call center for all service. We provide commission aggregation, audit services, client payments and reporting. We establish a consistent vending program for clients nationwide. We centralize vendor management and execution. Qualified Vendors Our vending operators undergo a qualification process that checks client references and verifies insurance and licensing requirements. National Vending also adds a layer of insurance between the local vendor and the client that exceeds the coverage that is typically carried by vending companies.

New clients are automatically registered for monitoring their vending programs at their locations nationwide. Our clients log in and view their registered properties, as well as machines in service and machines pending installation. Sales reports by selected periods provide units sold and gross sales. Commissions Paid and Due and Open and Resolved Customer Service Request information is also available. Clients can update their profiles, report service issues, add locations, modify commission payment information, print/view, or export reports and a host of other custom features to maintain their custom vending program.
