This course introduces students to a wide variety of management and organizational topics. I delivered earlier versions of this course to students at remote sites via interactive television, and as part of an accelerated program on-site at the local office of an national firm. Management 447 Leadership (advanced course in the Management Option). This course aims at helping students understand leadership, and improve their ability to create leadership, through a combined academic and applied approach. I ve also taught it as an intensive small group seminar. Management 448 Management Skills (advanced course in the Management Option). I designed this course, whose purpose is to help students build skills in individual decision making, stimulating creativity in themselves and others, influencing within organizations, and handling conflict through negotiation.
