2 Geology and Mining Technology About PT GMT Indonesia Company Background PT GMT Indonesia (GMT) is a PMA company formed in 2001 with the intention of providing high quality technical and statutory services, principally to the Indonesian minerals industry. This initial concept has been recently expanded to include a wider range of mining and mining investment services. However, the main focus of GMT remains in minerals and mineral investment. GMT is managed by an expatriate resident of Indonesia with over 15 years experience in project management and geological technical services, with more than ten years within Indonesia but also abroad. Coupled with this are experienced Indonesian consultants, associates and employees covering a wide range of exploration disciplines. The company maintains a series of affiliations with quality Indonesian based companies and acts as a referral service to other enterprises where services are incompatible with the GMT capability. Now employing more than 20 geologists in the fields of coal and hard rock exploration, GMT has the necessary back up to complete the tasks required in a time frame consistent with a dynamic exploration and mining industry. 7 Work History Completed Projects Resume of GMT Indonesia PT Indo Muro Kencana, Geological closure reporting Compilation of a fully validated and documented series of geological reports on the Mount Muro CoW and archiving of geological materials including reports, exploration data, representative rock and core samples and digital databases. The work was concluded with the presentation of more than 100 volumes documenting the geology and mineralisation at Mount Muro and the complete exploration works completed to that time. The digital database contained all sampling and drilling information from 1985 onwards, validated and entered into the Arcview GIS system, Micromine project files and Access databases for searching. PT Indo Muro Kencana, Pit closure and environmental database reporting Compilation of a fully validated and documented EQWin environmental database for the Mount Muro CoW mine closure process. Validation, template and report set up on the EQWin environmental management system. Compilation and validation of the Mount Muro open pit closure reports. PT Indo Muro Kencana, Owner's representation Provided site representation management services to the owner of the Mount Muro operations during an option period by a potential buyer of the project. Ensured the management and status of the project was maintained, completion of mine closure environmental works, provision of IT services and provision of logistical support services.
