1 Subscriber s Guide The DT Daily Forex Report The DT Daily Forex Report is for swing and short term traders who look for positions that typically last at least a few days and day traders who key off the short term momentum trends and support/resistance and price targets. Our proprietary multiple-time-frame trend, price, time and pattern analysis and trade strategies give the Forex trader a huge trading edge each day. As part of your subscription to the DT Daily Forex Report, you have access to the DT Just-In-Time (JIT) service which provides updates and analysis for the intermediate to long term positions of the major Forex markets by the weekly and daily charts posted to the JIT subscribers page. The combined daily and JIT services provide the subscriber with a comprehensive and timely analysis not found in most other Forex trade services. How To Access The Reports The DT Daily Forex Report is posted as a PDF file to the subscribers page by 8PM, EST, Monday-Friday. Subscribers receive an when the report is posted to the Subscribers Page. The report is also included as an attachment to the notice. The report is published 48 weeks each year with one week off each quarter. DT Just-In-Time Service For The Intermediate and Long Term Position As part of your DT Daily Forex Report, you also have access to the DT Forex Just-In-Time service which describes the intermediate to long term trend of each of the major Forex markets. The DT JIT service provides a comprehensive analysis of the time, price, pattern and trend position of each of these markets. Subscribers are alerted the very day (Just-In-Time) when the technical position in each of these markets changes. The Just-In-Time weekly and daily Forex charts and comments are posted to the Subscribers Page when updated and an is immediately sent to subscribers when a new chart or comments are available. Dollar Crosses Eurodollar (EUR/USD), British Pound (GBP/USD), Australian Dollar (AUD/USD), Japanese Yen (USD/JPY), Australian Dollar (AUD/USD) and Canadian Dollar (USD/CAD), Swiss Franc (USD/CHF). Euro Crosses British Pound (EUR/GBP), Japanese Yen (EUR/JPY) and British Pound/Yen (GBP/JPY). How to Use the Report Each daily report includes specific charts, comments and trade strategies for swing and short term traders. Day traders can key off the short term momentum trend and support/resistance and End-of-Wave price targets for day trades. With the (8) daily DTosc bearish and the fast line of the (8) 240M DTosc in the OB zone, with the slow line slightly below the OB zone, the net trend should be sideways to down over the next few trading days. Pattern: (Comments on the potential Elliott wave count or pattern.)aug. 4 is a probable W.C corrective high and Aug. 7 a probable W.2 or B high. Price: (Comments on price targets, support and resistance zones, as well as prices that support or void our analysis.) A decline below the Aug. 1 low at confirms the Aug. 4 corrective high. Summary: (A summary of the important factors and comments that should help traders make decisions for the next trading day.) With the (8) daily DTosc bearish and a probable corrective high complete, the net trend should be sideways to down over the next few trading days. EUR/JPY Swing Trade Strategy (A general trade strategy for swing traders.) Short following a decline below today s low as long as the (8) 240M DTosc is not BearOS or bullish.

With the fast line of the (8) 240M DTosc in the OB zone, with the slow line slightly below the OB zone and the fast line of the (21) 60M DTosc in the OB zone, with the slow line slightly below the OB zone, the net trend should be sideways to down over the next several trading hours. Pattern: The rally off today s low should be corrective. Price: The typical W.c target is which includes the 100% APP of the W.a rally and the 50% ret. of the Aug. 7-9 decline. Time: The typical W.c time target includes the 100% ATP of the W.a rally and the 100% time ret. of the Aug. 7-9 decline. Summary: (A summary of the important factors and comments that should help traders make decisions for the next trading day.) With the fast line of the (8) 240M DTosc in the OB zone, with the slow line slightly below the OB zone and the fast line of the (21) 60M DTosc in the OB zone, with the slow line slightly below the OB zone, a corrective high should be near completion, if not already complete at today s high. EUR/JPY Short Term Trade Strategy (A general trade strategy for short term traders. The chart usually includes the comparable Stoc indicator for those who do not have the Dynamic Trader program. Here are the next day s charts and comments EUR/JPY 240M (Swing Trade Set-up) Probable Net Trend for the Next Few Trading Days Dual Time Frame Momentum: With the (8) daily and (8) 240M DTosc's bearish, the net trend should be sideways to down over the next several trading hours, if not days. Pattern: Aug. 4 is a confirmed corrective high. Price: The decline below the Aug. 1 low at confirms the Aug. 4 corrective high. Summary: With the (8) daily DTosc bearish and confirmed corrective high complete, the net trend should be sideways to down over the next few trading days. EUR/JPY Swing Trade Strategy Short following a decline below today s low as long as the (8) 240M DTosc is not BearOS or bullish. If already short, protective buy-stops should be no further than a few pips above the August 9 high. With the decline below the Aug. 9 low, short trades were triggered. The comments above suggest a place for protective buy-stops for short positions. Also, a trade strategy for the next trading day is given.

6 DT Daily Forex Report Subscriber s Guide Revised Dec Page 6 EUR/JPY 60M (Short Term Trade Set-up) Probable Net Trend for the Next Several Trading Hours Dual Time Frame Momentum: While the (8) 240M DTosc is bearish, with the (21) 60M DTosc BearOS, a short-term low should be at or near completion. Pattern: Yesterday s high is a confirmed corrective high. Price: The trade below the August 9 low at confirms the corrective high. Summary: With the (21) 60M DTosc in the OS zone, a short-term low lasting at least several hours should be at or near completion. EUR/JPY Short Term Trade Strategy Traders should wait for the next (21) 60M DTosc bearish reversal before considering short positions. With the decline below the Aug. 9 low, the short trade was triggered and part of the short position was exited on the decline below the Aug. 1 low (or at least exit strategies were considered). Also, a trade strategy for the next trading day is given.

7 DT Daily Forex Report Subscriber s Guide Revised Dec Page 7 Momentum Position We use our proprietary DTosc to identify the momentum position and momentum reversals. Subscribers who do not have our Dynamic Trader program can use whatever momentum indicator they are most used to such as a stochastic or RSI to identify intraday momentum reversals in the same manner we use our DTosc. We often include the stochastic setting that correlates well with DTosc setting we are using, as shown in the 60 min. charts above Trade Strategies For each market in each report, we give the high probability support/resistance, entry strategies, stop-loss and exit targets the subscriber should consider for their specific trade plans. Our strategies are based on potential swing and short term trades from the daily, 240M and 60M chart positions. As you may know from our educational CDs, we consider trades in the direction of the larger time frame momentum and execute on the smaller time frame momentum The daily DTosc is the main filter for trade direction in the 240M time frame We only recommend to trade in the direction of the daily DTosc unless it is Overbought (OB) or Oversold (OS). We give the position of the daily DTosc for each market in each report every night. If the daily DTosc is Bull or BearOS, only long trades should be considered. If the daily DTosc is Bear or BullOB, only short trades should be considered. The 240M DTosc is the main filter for trade direction in the 60M time frame We only recommend to trade in the direction of the 240M DTosc unless it is Overbought (OB) or Oversold (OS). If the 240M DTosc is Bull or BearOS, only long trades should be considered. If the 240M DTosc is Bear or BullOB, only short trades should be considered. If an Elliott Wave pattern is clearly defined, it is also used to identify trend direction and trend targets but will not override the momentum position when making a decision as to trade direction. Triple Time Frame Momentum Setups: When daily and 240M momentum are in the same direction, ideal trade set-ups are in the same direction taken in the in 60M time frame. 24 Hour Markets, Trade Strategies and Setups Forex are 24 hour markets with good volume throughout the 24 hour period. Some short term trade setups will be made outside of a subscriber s normal trading hours. We certainly don t expect you will be watching for setups 24 hours each day! Not to worry. There will always eventually be a setup during your trading hours in one or more of the markets.

8 DT Daily Forex Report Subscriber s Guide Revised Dec Page 8 We have recently added the 240m (4 hour) data which is ideal to use as the lower time frame for daily trends and the higher time frame for 60m setups. High probability swing trade setups use all three time frames. Key off the Dual-Triple Time Frame Momentum position, key price and time support/resistance targets and swing breakouts and you ll have no problem finding high probability setups from the information in the daily reports. One of the reasons we focus on education with subscriber videos and our other trading education products is for traders to learn to make rational, high probability trading decisions each and every day for whatever time frame they choose to trade.
