3 The Products Ahsay Servers Australia has partnered with Ahsay Backup Software. The Ahsay backup solution is an enterprise-class solution and supports virtual machines, database servers, servers, file servers, desktops and notebooks. Ashay guarantee that their product is 100% restorable. Backup modules are available for VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange Server mail-level backup, Microsoft outlook/express, Microsoft SQL server, Oracle database, Lotus domino, lotus notes, and MySQL. Other features include continuous data protection, in-file delta and open file backup. The Ashay Backup Architecture:

4 R1 Soft Servers Australia is partnered with R1 Soft. Servers Australia uses the R1 Soft Enterprise backup software. The R1 Soft product is a high performance disk to disk backup solution for both Windows and Linux. R1 Soft provides a high performance solution after the initial backup it s asynchronous replication reduces backup times from hours to minutes. R1 Soft Architecture:

5 Custom backup Schedules Servers Australia can create customer backup schedules from 60minute snap shots to nightly backups. The backups are held locally in Servers Australia s Tuggerah data center, Servers Australia can also provide monthly backups on Removable drives (optional) or store secondary backup s in a fire resistant safe at the Tuggerah datacenter (optional) or both. The system will generate a backup report that will be sent to the customer and Servers Australia periodically. The Servers Australia datacenter boasts full N+1 connectivity and power, 24/7 security and Secure access systems to ensure the safety of your data. Option 1 Monthly backups sent to customer Under the initial option Servers Australia purchases two external hard drives (upto 2TB). The first monthly backup is created to one of the drives and shipped to the customer to hold, from then on every time the customer receives a monthly backup they are required to ship the previous month s backup, back to Servers Australia. Restoration from the customer copy would be delayed by getting the drive back to Servers Australia. The nightly backups are still stored on the local SAN. Option 2 Monthly backups stored in Servers Australia Safe Under this option one external drive (up to 2 TB) is purchased by Servers Australia and monthly backups are taken and stored on site in a fire resistant safe. The following months are over written onto the hard drive every consecutive month. The nightly backups are also stored on the local SAN. Backup assurance Servers Australia follows a strict process for validating backup success. Servers Australia has 24/7 staff available to monitor backup success. Back up failure is reported to these dedicated resources and acted on within hours of the backup failure, if the problem can not be rectified by our staff we have access to our suppliers support network to ensure any backup issues are resolved.
