20 It does not matter the complexity of the project or its size. We do our utmost to successfully develop it. Online distribution enabling, setting up, managing and optimizing the online distribution of more than 60 hotels in the main online agencies is not an easy task. Iberostar Hotels & Resorts entrusted us to start their online distribution project with the shortest time-to-market and the greater guarantee of success. Strategic consultancy Optimizing the performance of five hotels and two thousand beds in the most important leisure park within Spain. Quite a challenge we faced with the advise of our Revenue Managers and the analysis of data with our Business Intelligence tools.

Comprehensive solution revenue management, online distribution, automatic download of bookings to the hotel PMS, website and booking engine. We offer the most extensive service package for the hotel online distribution to work perfectly in an easy, simple and efficient way for the end customer. Revenue management an exclusive hotel located in an exclusive area. We have been working with this influential hotel for more than three years, during this time our revenue managers have designed and optimised the pricing strategy. Thanks to that we have improved, year after year, the production and average price.

Comprehensive solution Improving the chain online distribution and determining the pricing strategies for each of the nine establishments. All within a limited time. Such was the challenge presented by Sidorme. To succeed, it was key the creation of a multidisciplinary working team of revenue managers, yield managers and experts in connectivity and online marketing. Direct sale we have the privilege of working with this emblematic hotel since a number of years, in which we have increased steadily the production and average price. At that point, the following objective was to improve the direct sales so to reduce distribution costs and improve the profitability. Our powerful search engine and the labour of the Adwords professionals was key to achieve it.

23 We adapt to each customer needs. In each moment. Always. Revenue management a really spectacular hotel with an online production volume difficult to improve. It was not an easy challenge: increasing the average price without affecting the production. Our revenue managers devised the appropiate strategy and analyse constantly the results achieved to guarantee the objectives are always fulfilled. Technology and much more this hotel chain entrusted us for the creation of the revenue management and e-distribution department. Currently, we are their suppliers of technological tools: channel manager, shopper, automatic download of Bookings to the PMS but we also offer them consultancy and training services for their team be permanently updated.

Channel Manager managing our customers inventory in more than hundred online agencies from an unique control panel, optimising the quota and reducing the management time and the possibility of potential loading errors. ebookings downloading automatically the bookings done through the online agencies to the customers PMS, thus reducing cost of introducing data and keeping the inventory continuously updated, what allows to adjust the price strategy.
