Stage 1: Research feasibility and develop a plan Goal We will create a resource coordinator certification program (process) that supports the development of professional capacities in resource coordinators to serve as effective change agents in community school development. 2

4 Pre-Certification Requirements Apply to training cohort Obtain sign off from appropriate stakeholders Complete Community School Orientation training Pay or receive sponsorship for certification enrollment fee Signed participation agreement with attendance requirements included Panel Discussion How did the need for this RC Certification process show itself in Illinois? Who else has been involved and essential to the process? How do you fund a project like this? My state does not have a centralized team like the Federation for Community Schools, how would you suggest I begin?
