2 What is CRM? (Customer Relationship Management) CRM entails all aspects of interaction a company has with its customer, whether it be sales or service related. What is ERP? (Enterprise Resource Planning) An information system or process integrating all manufacturing and related applications for an entire enterprise. ERP systems permit organizations to manage resources across the enterprise and completely integrate manufacturing systems.

3 CRM is the core of all activities in the field of Sales and Services, but it does not cover all aspects of our daily work. At the end its just one of other software solutions that is required to run our office properly
