31 Objective: Relationship Manager Communications Establish and maintain an on-going partnership between MIS and the various lines of business (Generation, A&F, Corporate Services, and General Counsel) at Santee Cooper. This partnership will serve to promote and support the alignment of MIS direction with the business units to achieve corporate goals. Meetings: 3-4 times annually

35 Key User Program Goal: To join with MIS in accomplishing the MIS mission To enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Santee Cooper employees by providing high quality, timely, reliable, and most effective information resources.
36 Key User Responsibilities Advises MIS of business unit s IT requirements Functions as an advocate for MIS policies and procedures Communicates MIS s direction and project status to their represented business units Functions as an MIS Liaison for Asset Management Recommends service improvement initiatives to MIS Provides feedback to MIS on projects impacting their units Assists MIS in project roll outs, problem solving, routine software installations Participates in pilot groups
37 Key User Program Benefits: Participates in molding and influencing the corporate IT direction Receives "beta" or first trial for new hardware/software whenever possible (i.e., Office Suite) Opportunity to evaluate new training courses (CBTs) Earns prizes through the points program Eligibility: Membership requires approval from the proposed Key User s supervisor Membership includes a minimum of one key user for each business unit
38 Key User Program Meetings: Two meetings in the Spring, one at HG and one at MC. The two spring meetings will have the same agenda. Two meetings in the Winter, one at HG and one at MC. The two winter meetings will have the same agenda. One Summer meeting will be held at Moncks Corner. The summer meeting will be a half day meeting to discuss topics that will be useful in budget preparation.
