9 ATTENDEE ENROLLMENT The built-in attendee enrollment tool allows you to easily capture guest information such as meal preferences, arrival/departure, RSVP and more as part of the hotel booking process. On a regular basis, I was able to access several reports which included delegate reports, information about guest check-in, departure dates, my overall room pickup numbers as well as my attrition rate for the event. With this information I was able to manage my attendance and correctly forecast my room block. I m not sure I could do a meeting without it. I found the tool easy to use, self intuitive with user friendly functionality that I could access anytime. I would say that the Passkey system is an added advantage when hosting an event at any hotel.
