10 SUMMARY TIMING Wells Fargo Century s experience in the industry and our practical approach to doing business simplify the process. Depending upon the complexity of the needs, the implementation of the financing solutions takes less than thirty days from start to finish. For companies with no borrowing requirements, factoring or accounts receivable outsourcing services can be implemented in less than seven days. STEPS When you begin a relationship with Wells Fargo Century, we will: 1. Review your business plan and identify the appropriate solution, financing structure and collateral. 2. Perform due diligence to put the credit facility in place, including any audits or appraisals. 3. Document that credit facility. 4. Install accounts receivable and letter of credit systems. 5. Begin doing business. Throughout this process, your Wells Fargo Century team will proactively identify issues and opportunities to expedite closing, so you can quickly begin to maximize the opportunity within your business plan. PRICING Factoring and financing are separately priced. The factoring commission is paid for the accounts receivable outsourcing and factoring services. The factoring fee is a percentage or fractional percentage of the factored accounts receivable. It is calculated based on annual sales volume, invoice size and account debtor credit quality. We charge loan interest monthly. Rates are competitive with other commercial finance companies, and are based on a spread over Prime or LIBOR.
