19 Post-Program Outcomes Stakeholder Respondents Report observing changes in how program participants applied information and skills from PMLP in the workplace: More effective communication with staff/managers/peers Creation/enhancement of a team environment Creation/enhancement of a respectful workplace Development of new policies & procedures I have seen increased attention to detail. He/she seemed to have more confidence in dealing with difficult situations.
20 Adaptability of Innovation CPD providers, in collaboration with Memorial University, could: Utilize their local cases/faculty to adapt modules to region/ province Follow the defined process of program development & evaluation Utilize the existing infrastructure and resource capabilities of Memorial University to deliver the program
