Art. 1 - PROMOTER AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST 1.1 The promoter of the Art Award is BlummAcademy, a training section of the Pomilio Blumm S.R.L. benchmark in corporate communication, with headquarters in Via Venezia, Pescara. 1.2 Award for students of secondary schools and art schools of the Italian and European countries of the Mediterranean basin. The Art Award is a free competition, aimed at the promotion of talent and art schools. The initiative takes place as a challenge to young talents whom want to express, through the visual arts, a contemporary realistic, futuristic vision of the art and media world; its evolving codes and its applications. In this perspective, the award is open to students of schools of art, inviting them to interpret, in the forms and different techniques, the "concept" of rhinoceros, which is both an example of the extraordinary evolution of the species coming from our prehistory and the modern recognizable symbol of the long history of entrepreneurial Pomilio Blumm. The subject to developed without any limits of technique or expression, is the concept of rhinoceros, Pomilio Blumm Agency's historical logo. 1.3 The Art Award involves the construction of an exhibition event in a venue within the institutional headquarters of Oscar Pomilio Forum. On the occasion of the exhibition, there will be present the invited finalists. The participants and the winners, respectively, the Italian winner, the European winner, the winner of the special prize Franco Pomilio and the online winner, will donate the winning work to Pomilio Blumm Agency. The Artwork is destined to become part of a collection. 1.4 The winners will be announced on the day of the vernissage, in such occasion they will receive the following prizes: The Overall Winner: , three weeks of internship and exhibition of his work at Blumm Prize in Brussels. The Italian Winner: , two weeks of internship. The European Winner: plus one week of internship. The special prize Franco Pomilio: and the chance to public the work in the main Blumm Prize catalog and in the collection of works acquired by Pomilio Blumm. It will be also announced the art work that has received more votes on the Web: this will be the winner of the Most Liked Art Award that will receive a plaque. The monetary award will be paid at the end of the stage. The exhibition will take place on march 8 th, The communication will be on site The Art Award begins November 15 th, 2013 ("start date") and invited students will present images of works by 8:00 p.m. of January 31 st, 2014 ("Participation Deadline"). Art. 2 THEME 2.1 The theme of Art Award, to develop without technical or language barriers, it s the concept of rhino, the well known historical logo of the Pomilio Blumm Agency.

2 Art. 3 PARTICIPATION 3.1 Every living students of art schools of any nationality can freely join the Art Award. Art. 4 ORGANS ASSIGNED TO THE EXECUTION OF THE CONTEST 4.1 The body responsible for the conduct of this contest is the Jury. 4.2 The members of the jury will be chosen by Franco Pomilio, Pomilio Blumm S.R.L. President, at his sole discretion, among distinguished representatives of the world of institutions, entrepreneurship, cultural and artistic world. 4.3 Each member of the Jury will be entitled to one vote respectively. Decisions will be indisputable and unchallengeable in any venue. 4.4 The jury will be asked to select the works that will be featured on the website and the Catalog. 4.5 The jury will decide the four winners by giving notice to the scholastic Institutes. Art. 5 PROJECTS 5.1 The students must submit, inspired by the theme referred to in point 2.1, an art project without technical or language boundaries. The extent of the work shall be 70x100cm (including frame) on horizontal paper of gr Each work should be mounted on cardboard and framed by a black passe-partout of 8 cm. installation Works must not exceed the square meter. The projects submitted to the Art Award will be judged for suitability by the President of the jury, Mr. Franco Pomilio. The artistic project, in accordance with the requirements of Appendix A of this notice, must be delivered no later than 8:00 p.m. of January 31 st, 2014, under penalty of exclusion. All entries submitted will be published on and on All the invited works will automatically take part in Most Liked Art Award. It is our belief that the vote on the web represents the most interesting and multiplicative synergic strategy residing in a proactive dialogue between art and technology, the world of communication and relational art, cultural industry and the energy industry, in order to enhance interconnections making the social fabric more careful, responsible and conscious in an attempt to propose and establish a new possible Humanism. It is necessary to intensify the movement and increase the power of imagination which turns into action, with an operation that lives of the relationship between companies, artist and audience through places and reception mode aimed at surfacing of the meaning of the world. In a natural tendency to entropy capacity now resides in the elaboration of codes in a key of complexity that is revealed in a cross-awareness and transparency to find beauty and meaning in a heterogeneous environment of experimentation and proposals. In all this lies also the title of the Prize: BlummPrize Art Award. 3 Visitors to page can vote Works in the period between 8.00 a.m. of February 15 th and 8:00 p.m. of February 28 th, 2014 (the 'voting period'), expressing a single preference. The vote will be public. Any votes received before or after the voting period will not be eligible. Any multiple votes will be automatically excluded. The work which will have received the highest number of valid votes, if different from the work named winner by the Jury, will be announced during Awards Event. Art. 6 WORKS 6.1 It is required the absolute relevancy to the theme of the Prize: quality, research and focus are aimed and focused on the concept of rhinoceros. The observation of the theme is fundamental to participation and subsequent evaluation in the exhibition venue. 6.2 The technique is absolutely free. Normally, the installation must therefore easily be reproduced or reassembled in different exhibition spaces (within an area of 1.0 meters x 1.0 meters), including possible adjustments but always respecting the relationships between the various components and the general sense of the work. The enrollment of the work can be done by explanatory photos that rebuild the threedimensionality or through a video no longer than 3 min and max weight 30 megabytes (MB), sizes, mpeg, mp4, avi, mov. 6.3 Each student must indicate the title of the Work and an explanatory concept of 2000 characters maximum in Italian and English in which it is disclosed the link between the introduced project and the theme of the Prize. Works will not be insured. Art. 7 AWARDS Finalists: exposure. The day of exhibition will be announced the three winners whom will receive their awards. Online voting closes at 08:00 p.m. on February 28 th, With the acceptance of the rules of the Art Award, winners grant any rights to Pomilio Blumm of their work including rights of publication of the image and economic exploitation of the above-mentioned work, except the right to be recognized as the authors of the Opera itself. 7.3 The award is subject, in accordance with art. 30 of D.P.R. 600/73, to withholding tax with a waiver of the rights by Pomilio Blumm to claim. Art. 8 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 8.1 Participation to the Art Award is free of any charge and perfected with the inscription, which implies the full acceptance of the present Regulation. 8.2 For enrollment, the Institutes/students will have to send to Pomilio Blumm, under penalty of inadmissibility, in the period of time between the November 15 th ("Start Date") and the 08:00 p.m. on January 31 st 2014 ("Deadline for Participation"), the documentation referred to in paragraph 8.3 ("Registration Form") according to one of the following ways: On the internet at site by entering the Registration Documentation in the section "How to Participate".

4 By mail or courier, by sending the Registration Documentation to: BLUMM Prize, Pomilio Blumm S.R.L., Via Venezia, Pescara. In the case of transmission by mail or courier, the attested date is the date of receipt of the documents at Pomilio Blumm S.R.L., Via Venezia, Pescara, such date must be no later than March 15 th, The Registration Documentation consists of the Participation Form (according to the attached Model sub 1 to this Regulation, which is a required part) which must be attached the image of the Artwork, the curriculum vitae of the student and the release for the web. The Participation Form can be downloaded from in the section "2014". This Form must be submitted, duly compiled and undersigned and accompanied by a brief text up to 2000 characters to explain the connection between the introduced project and the theme of the contest. The Registration Form must be attached, under penalty of exclusion, the following documents: - the Artwok, which may be transmitted as follows: a) Image The Artwork must be submitted as follows: - in case of online application, the image of the Work must be loaded on any online exchange system as We Transfer, Mega, etc.. jpg format at 300 dpi, with the shorter side of at least 24 cm or 2835 pixels and maximum weight of 7 MegaByte; - in case of enrollment by mail or courier, you must send a cd with the image of the Artwork in jpg format at 300 dpi, with the shorter side of at least 24 cm or 2835 pixels and maximum weight of 7 MegaBytes. b) Video The video should be sent as follows : - in case of online application, the video, lasting up to 3 minutes and with a maximum weight of 30 Megabytes (MB) must be sent by any online exchange system (as We Transfer, Mega, etc.)., wmv, mpeg, mp4, avi, mov format; - in case of enrollment by mail or courier, you must send a dvd with the video lasting up to 8 minutes and with a maximum weight of 30 MegaBytes (MB), in the wmv, mpeg, mp4, avi, mov, flv format. c) Installation - in case of online application by explanatory pictures that rebuild the three-dimensionality in jpg format at 300 dpi, with the shorter side of at least 24 cm or 2835 pixels and maximum weight of 7 MegaBytes; or through a video lasting up to 3 minutes and maximum weight of 30 MegaBytes (MB) in the mpeg, mp4, avi, mov formats. In any case, the image must be uploaded on any system for exchanging file (as We Transfer, Mega, ect..) - in case of enrollment by mail or courier, you must send a CD with the images of the artwork in jpg format at 300 dpi, with the shorter side of at least 24 cm or 2835 pixels and maximum weight of 7 MegaByte, or a dvd with the video lasting up to 3 minutes and with a maximum weight of 30 MegaBytes (MB) in the wmv, mpeg, mp4, avi, mov formats.

5 Curriculum vitae of the student The curriculum vitae of the student, as well as to contain the name and any alias, address, telephone number, address and web address, if any, should include a summary of the profile of the student with the history of his education and of exhibitions held in the artistic field and may be accompanied on resumes sent in paper format. The documentation received will not be returned. 8.4 By submitting the registration form, the student: hereby fully accept the Regulation of the Art Award, declares and guarantees the paternity and the full availability of Artwork as well as the exclusive ownership of all rights inherent to it, including the right of publication of the image; transfers to Pomilio Blumm, without any time limit, the rights to reproduce and use the image of the Artwork and/or the Registration Documentation, in whole or in part, either directly or through third parties, even for economic purposes, advertising and/or promotional and to publish it, even partially, in any media or support, including the Contest website and in any manner, without the author opposing any limitation, including territorial or temporal nature, or exception, expressly waiving any right or claim in this regard; declares to be entirely responsible for the contents of the visual and textual materials transmitted; declares of being aware that the presentation of incomplete Registration Documentation and/or not in compliance with this Regulation constitutes cause for exclusion from the Art Award authorizes Pomilio Blumm to retain the image of the Artwork and the Registration Documentation, giving notice that they will not be returned; expressly authorizes the processing of personal data in accordance with the terms stated in section 11 of this regulation, in accordance with and for the purposes of the D.lgs. No.196 of July 29, 2003; hereby accept all decisions of the jury and of the Scientific Committee, including the selection of finalists and winners, recognizing that they are unquestionable and incontrovertible in any venue; hereby declares to indemnify and keep Pomilio Blumm exempt from any claim that might be advanced by third parties in relation to the Artwork and/or to his reproduction, publication and/or exploitation, also economic; declares of being aware that the Artwork would be excluded from the Art Award if turned out to be wholly or partially copied or created in infringement of someone else s rights; declares that to the Start Date, the Artwork has not won and has not been finalist to other awards or contest; declares, that, in case of assignment of the awards provided by the Regulation, to transfer to Pomilio Blumm, with the acceptance of the prize itself, the right of publication of the Artwork, except the right to Pomilio Blumm to be recognized as the author of the Artwork itself, without the need of additional agreements and without having anything else to claim. Art. 9 DISPATCH OF THE ARTWORK 9.1 For the purposes of the Awards Ceremony and the Exhibition, students will be requested to dispatch their Artwork. Transportation is borne by the participants, all the composition sent besides to those rewarded, will become property of the Pomilio Blumm and will not be returned.

6 ART. 10 AWARDING, PUBLICATION AND EXHIBITION 10.1 All finalists Artwoks will be published on the website and will be managed by Pomilio Blumm at its sole discretion The award ceremony and the inauguration of the exhibition of Winning Works will take place by April 2014 at a museum or other place where proper communication will be given on the website except for unforeseeable events and causes of force majeure The prize money awarded will be paid at the end of the internship period. Art. 11 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 11.1 In accordance with the art. 13 of the Legislative Decree No.196 of June 30 th 2003, personal data and images that are acquired in the context of the present Art Award are collected and processed, even with the aid of electronic means for the purposes and activities related to the conduct of the Art Award, including the realization of exhibitions and publishing on the website http: // or for carrying out its statutory obligations The artists invited to the Prize shall be entitled to exercise, for the existence and treatment of personal data that concern them, rights under art. 7 of the aforementioned Decree The holder of the data processing is Pomilio Blumm and the controller is Dr. Massimo Pomilio. Art. 12 APPLICABLE LAW 12.1 The rights and obligations arising from the contest shall be governed by Italian law Art Award is beyond the application of D.P.R.
