As a result, Google now favors websites that have a mobile version. Stated another way, they penalize websites that don t, and they re dropping down the search engine results! This news report says it all: This represents a HUGE opportunity for you, because MOST website owners still have not optimized their website to make it mobile friendly. This is an opportunity I call Mobile Website Arbitrage you re matching up someone who can provide the service, with the website owners who need it.

7 This illustration nicely shows the difference between a site that has been optimized for smart phones, and the original site on the right. The standard site is difficult to see, difficult to move around, even the buttons are difficult to click on. This is the overview description of this method. 8 How to Get Customers The first way to get customers is to place a free ad in Craigslist. Goto Craigslist and click on the computer section under Services. Here s the ad I like to use, I recommend putting this in your own words:

9 The second way to get customers is to find members of local business networking organizations like BNI, round table groups, or local chamber of commerce members. Why? Because these people are business owners who (a) are serious about growing their business and (b) they already have a website in most cases. For BNI, you can visit their website and find the details of all the local chapters, which are literally all over the world.

It s as simple as that. The third method to find customers is to browse website related ads that others have posted on Craigslist and similar local classified websites. 11 The fourth way to find customers is to place a free nyellow Pages ad that promotes you in the web design category. When people search Yellow Pages to find someone who can create a mobile optimized version of their website, your information will be visible.

12 The final way to get customers is to ask for referrals. Goto Fiverr.com and type mobile website into the search box at the top right hand side of the page.

13 When the results appear, resort them in order of rating, by clicking on the word rating at the top. This shows the best providers first. Click on a result to see more specifics about the provider, as well as samples of their work and their reviews.

16 Money Now Strategy #2: Exact Match Domains First, lets define what an exact match domain is: EMD s are very valuable. An EMD is a.com.net or.org domain name that contains a keyword or phrase that exactly matches words being searched on Google. And here s some real- world examples. Note how the domain names are an exact match for the words that were typed into Google.

19 First, goto ExactDomainTool.com, select a local business type (e.g. hotel) and add- on some local place names (town or city) to the beginning or end of the word. The search results will tell you which domains are available (green check mark) or unavailable (red cross). You ll soon see that there are many many domains available!

20 Make a list of the ones that are available, and then use GoDaddy or another provder of your choice, to register the domains (typically less than $10 per domain name). Now, how do you sell the domains after you ve registered them? There are 3 methods I recommend. First, try Sedo.com, the world s biggest marketplace of used domain names. They can also help you with the valuation.

21 GoDaddy Auctions is another popular place to list your domains for sale. Another option is to look for business owners who may be interested. Go to Yellow Pages and type in a business type in the search box, for your local region. When you see the results, note the listings inside the featured businesses box. These should be the first ones you approach, because the fact that they re paying for placement tells you that they re willing to spend money on growing their business.

22 Click through to their website, and find their contact information. Then, you can send them a personal message, like this one (use your own words).
