2 UNDERGRAD SCHOOL SERVICES WELCOME TO POUNDS LABS Pounds Labs has served contract School Photographers for over twenty years and professional Wedding and Portrait photographers for over thirty! We provide the products and services that keep our customers up to date and on top of their markets. We re expanding our Undergrad services and invite you to partner with us. UNDERGRAD SCHOOL SERVICES Undergrad Photography is an area of the professional photography business with a unique set of requirements, products and services. These unique requirements are typically not able to be fulfilled by our standard ordering processes. To serve the needs of this area of business we offer Pounds Undergrad Services. Undergrad Services are limited to photography that follows this set of guidelines: Traditional school poses where all students are in the same pose Lighting and background are consistent from image to image Custom White Balanced and properly exposed Images can be autocropped A database of student information is included and aligned with images Undergrad services are not suitable for sports, seniors or candid photography. These services and products are available to orders that follow our Undergrad Services guidelines: Lower priced units Graphic borders on all units at no additional cost Novelty items Images individually color corrected School service items such as service strips, labels and class mugbooks Student and staff ID cards Packages sorted by various criteria such as teacher, grade, or homeroom Yearbook and Database and Image CD s Greenscreen services School flyers, posters and reminders Lab Package Entry from proofs Custom proofing including attached to envelopes and printed on envelopes or flyers Images are archived on our servers for the entire school year Classroom Group templates Additionally, customers utilizing our Undergrad Services are provided Photolynx Camlynx software at a nominal charge. Accounts that submit seasonal heads are provided the software at no charge.

This state of the art system allows you to take advantage of our Undergrad services. 6 5 The main program interface in CamLynx allows you to import school databases, point to a folder of your images using a hot-folder system and match images to the correct data record. After saving your images to the correct student record simply select your packages from the Package Selection Screen where your listings appear after we load your package offerings into the program. In addition to being able to print a number of different reports you can also output a variety of products including: ID cards, camera cards and various proofs.
