2 Per Semester s - Board Policy 630 Mandatory Per Semester s Student Activity 1, Publication 1, Radio Station 1, Access and Security Health Service of the fee funds the campus readership program, providing students with free copies of USA Today and the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette funds SGA programs and SAFA. Funds the UCA yearbook, The Scroll, and the campus newspaper, The Echo. Funds Student Worker positions and updating equipment and the studio. Funds student parking passes, campus surveillance system, emergency call posts, outdoor siren maintenance, and the mass notification system.
