1 The Praxis Series Passing Scores by Test and State This document shows the minimum/passing scores of user states/agencies for each of The Praxis Series tests. To determine if you passed a test in a particular state, compare your test score with the score listed for the state or agency in which you are interested and read all related footnotes. If your scaled score equals or exceeds the printed score for that state or agency, you have passed. (Note: Number in parentheses following the test name is the test code.) This document is not intended to show full licensure requirements for each state/agency. To determine which tests are required for a specific license or certificate, please visit the Praxis website at These scores are current as of March 1, For the most up-to-date test requirements, please visit your state page on the Praxis website, at CORE ACADEMIC SKILLS FOR EDUCATORS CORE ACADEMIC SKILLS FOR EDUCATORS: MATHEMATICS (5732) AK AR CT DC DE HI KY LA MD ME - a MS NC ND b NE NH NJ NV OK OR PA - c SC TN VA VT WA WI WV DODEA AS GU VI CORE ACADEMIC SKILLS FOR EDUCATORS: READING (5712) AK AR CT DC DE HI KY LA MD ME - a MS NC ND b NE NH NJ NV OK OR PA - c SC TN VA VT WA WI WV DODEA AS GU VI CORE ACADEMIC SKILLS FOR EDUCATORS: WRITING (5722) AK AR CT DC DE HI KY LA MD ME - a MS NC ND b NE NH NJ NV OK OR PA - c SC TN VA VT WA WI WV DODEA AS GU VI PRAXIS II : PRINCIPLES OF LEARNING AND TEACHING (PLT) PLT: EARLY CHILDHOOD (0621/5621) AR DC HI IA KS LA MD ME MS ND SC SD TN UT AS PLT: GRADES K 6 (0622/5622) AL AR DC HI IA ID KS KY LA MD ME MS ND NV RI SC SD TN UT WV DODEA AS GU VI PLT: GRADES 5 9 (0623/5623) AR DC HI IA ID KS KY LA MD MS ND RI SC SD TN UT WV DODEA AS PLT: GRADES 7 12 (0624/5624) AL AR DC HI IA KS KY LA MD ME MS NC ND NV RI SC SD TN UT WV DODEA AS GU PRAXIS II: SUBJECT ASSESSMENTS/SPECIALTY AREA TESTS AGRICULTURE (5701) AL AR DE HI IA ID KS LA MD ND OR PA -147 RI SC SD TN UT WI WV WY ART: CONTENT AND ANALYSIS (0135/5135) AR CT IA KY MD NC NV SC TN VT ART: CONTENT KNOWLEDGE (0134/5134) AK AL DC DE HI ID KS LA ME MS MT ND NH NJ PA RI SD UT VA WI WV WY AS GU ASSESSMENT OF SIGNED COMMUNICATION-ASL (0632) CT - * VT - 3 AUDIOLOGY (0342/5342) State Departments of Education: CO MS NC ND OH VT ASHA and All State Boards of Examiners: 170 BIOLOGY: CONTENT KNOWLEDGE (0235/5235) ** ROE: 179 AK AL AR CT DC DE HI IA ID KS KY LA MD ME MS MT NC ND NH NJ NV PA RI SC SD TN UT VA VT WI WV WY AS BRAILLE PROFICIENCY (0631) MS VA BUSINESS EDUCATION: CONTENT KNOWLEDGE (0101/5101) AK AL AR CT DC DE HI IA ID KS KY LA MD ME MS NC ND NJ NV PA RI SC SD TN UT VA WI WV WY AS GU CHEMISTRY: CONTENT KNOWLEDGE (0245/5245) ** ROE: 184 AK AL CT DC DE HI IA ID KS KY LA MD ME -* MS MT NC ND NH NJ NV PA RI SC SD TN UT VA VT WI WV WY AS
