6 INTERFACE Inception provides a clean, easy-to-use interface designed to make the production process simple and under control. This is where it all comes together - stories are created from scratch or as a variant of a newsroom editorial system story, approved, scheduled and then published either immediately, at a specific time or in relation to the timing of a live broadcast element. 7 BROADCAST STORY EDITOR View story text as entered in the newsroom, with full production queues. Monitor word count, approval and publishing state. FACEBOOK STORY EDITOR Create content appropriate for posting on a Facebook wall, type or cut and paste text or URLs. Keep track of remaining word count (maximum 400 characters). TWITTER STORY EDITOR Add a tweet to any story. Counts the number of remaining characters (maximum 140 characters). YOUTUBE/BRIGHTCOVE STORY EDITOR Attach a video on your network to publish to YouTube/Brightcove. Pick from anywhere on the network, or pick an OverDrive QuickTurnTM placeholder. Add metadata and keywords prior to upload.

8 INCEPTION END-TO-END WORKFLOW Inception provides a complete tool suite for adding, editing, approving and publishing content to the web and social networking sites. Inception can either run standalone or connected to a newsroom editorial system such as Avid inews or Associated Press ENPS to dynamically load story rundowns via industry standard MOS protocol. NEW STORY POPULATED APPROVED PUBLISHED Add publication formats to an existing story or create a new story in any format. Float story formats independently of the main story, attach them anywhere in the rundown. Edit the content in each story format to suit the destination. Format specific editors make editing simple. Dictionary based automatic casing, and blacklisted word checking for all text.

9 Submit complete stories for approval. can be automatically sent to approvers when a story is submitted. None, one or multiple approvers can be configured. Create user groups to approve stories by format or by rundown. Review and approve stories that are ready to be published. Click on the story or reply to use to approve stories. Publish immediately, at a scheduled time, or in relation to an item going live on your broadcast channel.

10 SYSTEM VIEW Inception is a nexus around which media flows. It connects traditional broadcast production to social media publication. Inception pulls running orders from your Newsroom Control System, or allows you to create your own, it pulls video from your network or from a local drive.
