A Word From The Executive Director Dear Hilltown Residents, I am approaching my first year anniversary at the Hilltown CDC. I can say with confidence that the Hilltown CDC is an impressive and valueadded non-profit agency serving the needs of the hilltown region. I am amazed at how many projects the CDC has been involved in over the last 30 years.
