1 NOAA Sentinel Site Program: San Francisco Bay Area Sentinel Site Cooperative Vision: Ensure a San Francisco Bay Area that is resilient to sea level rise through a strong partnership of federal, state, and local governments, tribes, private businesses and landowners, academic institutions, and non-governmental organizations that together protect critical ecosystem and community services. 1
