Australian Government s commitment to preventing harmful substance use among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people Underpinned by the concept of harm minimisation and the three pillars of the National Drug Strategy Funding Funded under an agreement between the Australian Government Department of Health and Edith Cowan University (ECU) Development of web resource to provide knowledge support for AOD workforce and communities, and decision support to government 5 6 1
