Will it continue to work? A: Our combined organization believes strongly in interoperability between systems, and we do not have any intention of taking away points of integration that are in place with other software suppliers, even though we offer an alternative solution. 7 FAQ s Q: How will my services change following the acquisition? A: Currently services provided by Resource Systems will not change. You will still call the same phone number, visit the same client care portal and talk with the same friendly people. 8 3
4 FAQ s Q: Will the people I worked with at Resource Systems still be supporting our system? A: Yes, they will just become part of the Cerner Corporation. The office in New Concord, OH will continue to operate as it has in the past. Our associates have extensive knowledge of the long-term care industry and their clients, Cerner deeply values that knowledge. 9 FAQ s Q: So, what will be different? A: Our intent is for very little to change about your current experience. However, Cerner does bring significant opportunities for you. You ll have a chance to learn more in the coming weeks and months. 10 March 24,
