Wrote references for graduate programs and scholarship schemes, and provided mentoring on career options and graduate work. Supported and encouraged students to apply for essay prize competitions and student conferences by offering detailed suggestions for strengthening their essay submissions, creating opportunities for practicing conference presentations, and giving guidance and specific feedback on developing presentation skills.
