2 ACADEMIC INFORMATION ACADEMIC CALENDAR First Semester from beginning November to Mid February (Christmas holidays: two weeks). Exams: after the end of the semester Second Semester from beginning March to Mid June (Easter holidays: one week). Exams: after the end of the semester Credit System Grading System Recommended language skills ECTS 30L/30 (excellent) > 18/30 (pass, 17/30 is fail) for the ECTS grading table of the Fine Arts Academy of Bologna: Student mobility for study recommended ITALIAN level A2 it's also recommended ENGLISH level A2 Staff mobility for Teaching recommended ENGLISH level B2 or ITALIAN level B1 Additional requirements Exchange students are invited to enter Italian courses in Bologna, they will be co-funded by the Fine Arts Academy. INFORMATION FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS AND APPLICATIONS Application deadlines June 2014 for the first semester or the full year 15 November 2014 for the second semester by to by regular mail to ERASMUS OFFICE, via Belle Arti 54, (IT) No application for Application Form Portfolio Letter of motivation Admission criteria: Attention!! each student will receive an individual acceptance letter by within 2 weeks after the deadline Restoration (five-year course) The new course has at the moment very limited places Required (download the application form: Required (paper or digital portfolio) Required Applicants will be selected on the basis of their portfolio/application evidence and subject balance between incoming/outgoing students (reciprocity of exchanges).
