13 3 Tiers of Support: Tier one technical assistance: Operationalizing an RPPM for D/HH Teachers RPPM for D/HH Teachers: Collaborate with the Join Together PT3 Grant to implement a Regional Personnel Preparation Model (RPPM) for certification of teachers of students who are D/HH Committed instructors (University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Georgia State University, University of New Orleans, Valdosta State University) Tier two technical assistance: Supporting an RPPM for O&M Specialists & an RPPM for DB Teachers Cooperative Agreement Texas Tech and U of AL Birmingham model (Collaborative Masters program for O&M)
