6 Step 1 Discovery CRG This stage is dedicated to understanding your exact needs, reviewing your current and desired processes and scheduling each stage of implementation leading up to your go-live date! This step takes place remotely and is led by your personal Business Solutions Consultant. If you organization is deploying on-premise, your IT resource should be available throughout the implementation to address any technical issues. If your is being hosted by us (SaaS), your IT resource may still be required to address any possible technical issues relating to your infrastructure such as whitelisting, proxy issues, end user issues and other miscellaneous issues. What Administrator resources are required for implementation? We recommend that at least one team member ( Administrator) be present for the planning and implementation of and for post-implementation maintenance.

11 CRG During implementation, the Administrators are required for all on-site or remote training sessions. After implementation, the Administrators will be fully able to: update data in (if no HRIS integration is conducted) maintain, copy, and develop appraisal forms customize and schedule certain reports set up surveys, and answer end-user questions and more! It is recommended that administrators possess only the following technical abilities: Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (for importing and exporting data)
