3 1 Introduction Overview NAG, Inc. is a Google Enterprise partner bringing over 21 years of geospatial project experience implementing a variety of unique public and private sector organizations for our projects. The results are projects installed at our customer sites in the shortest possible implementation cycles and at significant cost savings, on schedule, and on budget. NAG collaborates closely with Google Engineers using the powerful Google Apps collaborative medium to produce a system that is stable, expandable, and above all, useful. NAG solutions assist clients by helping manage every incident, publish live content, analyze archived information and visualize the results real-time. NAG is now offering to provide NAG s Mobile Workforce infrastructure product called NAGConnect to ITServUS. NAGConnect is a geospatial tactical intelligence platform which connects various GPS hardware and software infrastructure to provide operational and situational support on mobile, web, desktop and dashboard. NAGConnect involves the following phases: Phase I - Setup and Deploy Mobile Deployment (Google Coordinate) Dashboard System Integration (Google Maps API and Coordinate) Phase II - Ticketing Tie-Up and Customization Salesforce / Remedy Ticketing Tie-up Accountability Tracking Phase III - Analyze, Command and Report User Profile Authentication Job Assignment Real Time Heat Maps Other Custom Reports NOTE: These deployment and customization phases will be implemented based on ITServUS commitment of coordination time and effort of their management team collaborating with NAG, Google, SalesForce, and BMC Remedy to deploy the solution. 4 2 Product Phase I - Setup and Deploy Task Mobile Deployment (Google Coordinate) NAG will support ITServUS in deploying Google Coordinate software on 35 DC Government owned iphones. NAG will then work with the ITServUS management team to assign users and roles for each users. Task Dashboard System Integration NAG will configure Google Coordinate accounts to tie-up with the DC NAGConnect solution. NAG will then work with the ITServUS to tie-up reference data feeds for the background map. These reference layers include (ITServUS quadrants, DC government Buildings, etc.). The NAGConnect User Interface will display locations of all users simultaneously throughout the district, tracking of historic location of each user for the day, Job tickets extracted real-time from the ITServUS Remedy Database, as well as a status chart showing the number of tickets per building by job type in each status category (recorded, under process, and completed). Map display will be colored for each user encoded by latest response type. Staff s mobile devices that are not reporting within the application will be displayed in gray. Phase 2 - Ticketing Tie-Up and Customization Task Salesforce / Remedy Ticketing Tie-up NAG will configure NAGConnect Jobs to tie-up with Salesforce / Remedy Ticketing system. Tickets and Requests on Remedy will display on NAGConnect Dashboard and Mobile Devices. Only Tickets with mappable addresses will appear on the map. Task Accountability Tracking NAGConnect will enable near real time location viewing of staff and job sites. Status of tracking staff time within the standard 8am to 6pm period, taking into consideration vacation or sick time reported. Each staff member will only be tracked when user provides their location updates. Users not reporting their location within the standard 8 am to 6 pm will be reported as being inactive on the NAGConnect dashboard. Page 4 of 6

5 Phase 3 - Analyze, Command and Report Task User Profile Authentication NAG, will authenticate each mobile device and google apps user profiles. Task Job Assignment Jobs will be assigned to each staff member by their proximity to the job location to increase speed and efficiency of route scheduling and reduce down time between jobs. Field staff will be able to view their assigned jobs on their mobile devices, update the status and enter other job-related data through the device, including sending of photographs and videos. Task Real Time Heat Maps NAG will enable real-time Heat Maps of areas with higher ticket count to help assign staff to conform to work volume. Task Other Custom Reports NAG, Inc will create up to an additional 12 custom canned automated (webpage & printable) reports based on priorities set by ITServUS management. Page 5 of 6

6 3 Cost NAGConnect License Fee NAGConnect customers pay an annual fee for each user. All users on the account must be on the same plan. ITServUS will commit to a fixed number of 35 user accounts for one year at a fixed annual rate payable at commencement of the subscription term. ITServUS can add additional users anytime, and will be billed for them on a prorated basis per user per year for the remainder of the subscription term. The subscription term will commence on the date of signing of this contract. Included in this licensing, deployment and customization cost are: 3.1 Services and Reference Data Maintenance and Storage* 3.2 User Management Dashboard Jurisdiction-wide mobile workforce tracking Real-time Heatmaps generation of high density ticket areas Operational Analytics for tactical intelligence SalesForce/Remedy Tie-Up Reporting Module (for up to 12 customized canned reports 3.3 Field/Operator Audio-Video Communication (based on Google Talk) 3.4 Washington DC Google Apps Domain Tie-Up 3.5 NAGConnect OEM application integrated with Google Coordinate *NOTE: Only reference data (e.g. user names and device IDs, geospatial layers, etc.) will be stored by NAGConnect. Operational data (e.g. user location data, ticket data, etc.) will not be stored on NAGServer, and will only be provided as a web service on a transactional basis from moment to moment. If requested all operational/location data will be provided on the client s in-house servers. NAGConnect Annual License Fee (Fixed for 35 users) $22,500 NAG Deployment and Customization Services 3.6 NAGConnect Deployment Services 3.7 NAGConnect Customization, Technical Support & Customer Service NAG Professional Services (Fixed for 35 users) $14,500 Page 6 of 6
