2 Inventpalooza What is the event about? We have created an event concept called Inventpalooza, which brings intellectual property and retail marketing experts together to teach, help and network with one another. The inaugural event is a one day invitation to industry experts, inventors and product entrepreneurs. Key members of the product development and intellectual property community will participate as panelists and speakers to educate and communicate with inventors and potential inventors, for a one day Invent experience. General admission is $20 per person The Concept

Education Networking opportunities Funding advice and opportunities Access Contacts and Influence between all involved 800 plus attendees Raffle: $10 per ticket will be open to all attendees with a $15,000 patent services package as a prize * Invention qualification for entry to present to panel: Must have an issued patent Have a working prototype Have product inventory Have a sales history * Event attendees that are pre selected to present in front of the panelist will have signed a legal agreement and disclaimer to protect all panelist from liability.

5 Target audiences Target Audience / Inventors Inventors who have a product or concept under $100 per unit, that requires experts to advise on and/or to directly help to get to market. Target: Exhibitors and Sponsors Target Audience / Exhibitors Exhibitors who have a product or service that can be marketed to inventors and companies, that would have a proclivity to use their products or services. We are looking for sponsors who can really be a fit for our target audience. All exhibitors will be well vetted, to ensure that a synergy is there.

9 Speaker Bios Michael Planit A senior-level executive with over 20 years of strategic business and marketing experience with a solid record of success in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Michael conceived and built his own successful businesses as a toy manufacturer, with presence in New York and Hong Kong, specializing in products featuring licenses from Warner Bros, Marvel, Nickelodeon, and the NBA. He also built a domestic sweater manufacturing company that grew to the 2nd largest contract manufacturer in the US under his reign. Today, Michael is a business and marketing consultant and senior advisor for several companies, including a manufacturer/distributor of nationally branded products as well as media and technology entities. Author of Operators Are Standing By. Adjunct Professor at New York University (NYU). Served as Chairman of the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA) New Products committee and task force. Speaker, Judge and panelist for INPEX, United Inventor Association, and ERA.

10 Speaker Bios James Jennings, Vice-President, Patent Services USA James Jennings is a senior-level executive with 30-years of experience in product development, engineering, commercialization and marketing. James earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering at Northwestern University s McCormick School of Engineering. He began his career working with Fortune 500 companies including IBM and Air Products and Chemicals, developing and commercializing cutting edge industrial technologies in fields ranging from integrated circuits to pulp and paper manufacturing. Today, James is Vice President of Patent Services USA, a world-class intellectual property company catering to independent inventors and product entrpreneurs. Here, James leads the team pioneering the clearinghouse approach to invention services, offering access to professionals once reserved for big business clientele.

11 Speaker Bios Adam Russell As a business owner, consultant, public speaker and investor. Adam has had the opportunity to consult on projects ranging from product development to project funding and has had the opportunity to speak in front of crowds in the thousands. He is the founder of Global Resource Broker, a company that assist business and individuals with access to resources that may be required to bring their projects to the next level. Although there is a plethora of services offered, being an inventor himself the main focus is Product Development by working with major retail outlets such as HSN, QVC including major big box retailers as well. Jeff Feierstein Jeff is married 42 years with 2 kidsand is currently living in Florida. He has 35 years of Direct mail from Catalog, space, credit card syndication, and TV. He has experience in the industry, working for Media Syndications, Dr Leonard s Health care Inc and currently Global TV Concepts. Sourcing product from Europe and China, creating product or working with inventors to get products to market. he also has 10 years retail merchandise manager with M. Fortunoff in Long Island.
